"The only good thing about this hotel is the staff's service; the two cleaning ladies and the young woman in the restaurant are very attentive. And the breakfast…Unfortunately, this hotel is not in a condition to host guests—it is falling apart. I stayed there for four nights with my husband and children, and we suffered in the heat because the air conditioning didn't work. The shower lacked sufficient water pressure, so we couldn't bathe properly; everything was broken or in disrepair. There is no phone to call if you need something; you have to wait until morning for a response via WhatsApp. One night we arrived at the hotel, and the room was full of water because the A/C was leaking and not working—a disaster. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had."

"The staff were extremely helpful , specifically Randy el muñeco and Malky , I needed help at the restaurant and Randy didn’t hesitated and offered his assistance, he deserve a raise , he made sure everything was ok and always kept on checking on me , and answered any questions I had. For that reason only , I can’t wait to go back , the staff always went above and beyond to make sure everything was alright. Highly recommend this place to anyone . I can’t wait to go back ."
