The restaurant at the hotel offer very good food. The hotel is very clean and you will be surrounded by nature. Very beautiful place.

Disappointing stay. I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was lacking from the start, there was hair in the room and bathroom, and the bathroom was clearly not properly cleaned. The pool was foggy and didn’t look well-maintained, which was a letdown since we had looked forward to using it. One of the biggest issues was that the photos online were very misleading. The rooms in person were outdated and in desperate need of renovation. What we expected based on the listing did not match the reality at all. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until some serious updates and improvements are made, especially with cleanliness and overall maintenance.

The property is amazing, the view from the bridge and the river are so nice. The hotel is a spectacle. The room that we had was nice with a pool view. The room could use some renovation. The price for one night led me to believe that it would be 10 out of 10 but it was more like 7 out of 10 for the room and 100 out of 10 for the property. The area requires a car for getting around. There are amazing things to see within a 20-25 min drive.

The hotel is beautifully situated on the tranquil banks of the Jimenoa River, offering guests a serene and picturesque setting. The hotel is indeed beautiful and has a lot of potential to be exceptional, but the service to the client has to increase dramatically. Attention to detail and customer service to the clients, should be really be implemented as top priority. Additionally, the pools should be cleaned daily at times they were very dirty. The food at the restaurant was excellent.
