This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor condo sleeps 4 with two king beds and a queen sleeper sofa. It features high-end finishes throughout and new furnishings. The homeowners have named their home away from home "Altitude Adjustment" and the balcony highlights this with beautiful views of Dillon Marina that sits almost two miles above sea level. This cozy lake view condo is within a three-block radius of multiple Summit Stage bus stops that can take you to Lake Dillon Marina, Dillon Amphitheater, a bowling alley, and more than five bars and restaurants. This free bus service also runs to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain so you can hit the slopes. Come experience Dillon and enjoy the Rockies!

The entryway offers a large bench with hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has cozy furniture around a 55" flat screen TV. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and additional linens are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and offers beautiful views of Dillon Marina.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The breakfast bar seats four. The guest bathroom is near the entryway and has a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary suite is just off the living area and features a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. The adjoining room with the primary and features a king-sized bed, a mounted flat screen TV and a Juliet balcony.

Kitchen was nicely stocked. Should have provided more coffee in the room. We had to go off property to get more coffee pods. The look of the condo common grows was dark and not very inviting. But the condo was nice.

Enjoyed the view of the Lake (in spite of it being very low), and the mountains. The condo itself is very nicely appointed. Comfortable, high quality leather sofa. Side chairs also comfy. Fireplace was not working - which would have been nice to have fired up in the evening. Inside the condo was very clean. However, there was major work being done to all of the flooring in lobby, down hallways. Exposed concrete/dusty. This was mid October - assume it may be completed by now. Understand and appreciate that they are doing updating - but was just not expecting to see that. Great food choices around. Did a couple great, doable hikes providing gorgeous views from up high overlooking the whole lake. the drive across the dam road also provides super amazing views. Overall - would stay in this condo again!

Checked in and the building was very old. The lobby and hallway was in need of repair. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Fireplace did not work. 3 of 4 luggage holders were unusable. We had to go to Lowe’s and get the screws to repair them ourselves. Swivel chair was broken. Bathroom was very small and needed a step stool to get into the other.

Love this rental! Clean! Hard to see the lake with the trees but nice stay. The bed in the primary with the restroom, mattress needs to be turned. Our heads were lower than our feet. Cleaning supplies would be nice in the event of a mishap. Tub is a bit high, especially for seniors. Towels could use some fabric softener. We'd come back for sure!

Pros: The condo is in a great location, the view is fantastic. Looking right at the lake beautiful in August! The unit is nicely decorated cozy. We didn’t cook or do much in the unit besides sleep and shower.The one thing negative that I think is important for someone that sleeps warm, the first bedroom has no window and at night the heat would kick on and when you turn the thermostat down, it only holds it for a short time. For a woman in her 50s, it was truly miserable. I was literally dripping sweat ! when I asked owner to see if they could turn the heat off at night. They basically said you can open the sliding glass door or the window in the other room to get a Crosby that does not help when you shut the door and the heat kicks on. It’s summertime you think they would be happy to not want to spend the money with the heat going when someone doesn’t want heat nothing is going to freeze up when it was that warm in the unit that was my main complaint and very unfortunate, because like I said, it’s a great location and wonderful view. If you like to be warm when you sleep, you would probably love it ! And the one other thing is so minor, but the cleaning person did not clean the tray that was on the Ottoman coffee table area had dirt in there, maybe sand where the remote control sit, also not a huge deal, but the cleaning people should overlook everything. The price was good though

Mother's Day Weekend

Met our daughter and son-in-law in Dillon for a quick Mother's Day/ski weekend. The "kids" skied and we did some easy hiking in the am and then met up and visited with them. Very nice little get away.

keystone visit

Our stay at the Lodge at Lake Dillon was very enjoyable. The condo was clean and the location was convenient to everything including skiing at Keystone. Kitchen was well appointed. My only complaint is the late check in (4:30pm) with no flexibility. I have rented many times and this is by far the latest check in and management was only flexible with an additional charge which I've also never experienced. Those traveling from out of state try to plan arrival times but can only guess. It would have been nice to have been able to get into the condo just an hour or two early without a charge (cleaning had been finished).

Pros- Nice beds, good kitchen, good TV's, great parking and location. One bathroom is nice the other bathtub is so high it's kinda dangerous. Cons-Not enough plugs, need wine glasses, place is so warm even with heat turned down, no table to eat at or play games

The condo was the size we needed. My only issue was with the thermostat. It was so warm we had to leave the sliding door cracked to sleep. We really like staying in this area. It’s close to all skiing and lots of options for dining.

Good size

Good size for a small family or two couples, great view of the lake, very clean, comfortable beds and decently equipped in the kitchen. That’s the good, the bad was we tried to check in an hour early and were told it’s $16 for each additional hour before 4:30. They reach out to you on a regular basis to make sure your have everything you need but when we checked in and found the WiFi not working we reached out and never heard back.

Dillon is quiet and peaceful for flow days and busy when you want to playâ˜ș The place is perfect for two couples or singles getaway. All stocked and convenient to parks, shops, and slopes.
