Honest, this unique place has a style all its own! This A-frame is an upper-level unit that sits on the property across the street from the Holiday Valley Inn. With a few short steps away from Sunrise chairlift, our guests have the most convenient and peaceful location available, with a ton of private parking. The porch offers incredible views of the slopes, especially at night!

**We would consider a hypoallergenic dog for an extra fee!

This place packs a big punch! An inviting living area welcomes you to kick back and unwind. Parking is easy, and WiFi is fast!
Equipped with a mini fridge, toaster oven, keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishes and flatware- the cooking is simple! Our queen size bedroom overlooks a flowing creek, so you can expect sweet sounds of nature for a peaceful night sleep!
The bathroom offers a stand up corner size shower that has facial soap and conditioning shampoo waiting for you! Luxury towels, a hairdryer, and a first aid kit too!
Enjoy the front porch for coffee in the morning, or drinks at night and just take in the views!

Quaint, Clean, and Convenient

The property was perfect for my family of three. It was clean, adorably put together, and had everything we needed for a simple stay. Sunrise ski lift is a short, easy walk across the street. We look forward to staying here again!

Great location!

We came for a weekend getaway. The area is absolutely beautiful. We had a very easy check-in and the place was very clean. It was very tight quarters, but works if you don’t plan on spending much time inside. Looking forward to seeing the motel once it is finished!
