The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was great and lots of pillows available! The decor and carpet was outdated but it was nice. Overall it was a great stay for a quick trip and id stay again!

Disappointed

I was very suprised at the unexpected 75$ fee for our pet. When I asked about what seemed like a higher than expected amount, I was told that the hotel needed to do a deep clean on the pet friendly room once we left. I was not happy about the seemingly last minute check in surprise amount. This feeling was aggravated by the dirty sock that was left in the room by a previous guest on their visit but not removed by the cleaning staff.

The front desk staff wasn't very friendly. When it was time to check out, if we wanted a late checkout, there was a $50 fee for an hour and a $100 fee for 2 hours, after what we paid for the weekend that was outrageous. The breakfast staff was very courteous and responsive.

We stayed in a suite which was very roomy. My only complaint was there were no hooks to hang our clothes on in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Bedrooms not so much but there was no where to hang your towel or clothes in the bathroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
