The views and beach were spectacular! The food was a disappointment and bland, even though the staff were very accommodating. Rules about men removing their hats at the speciality restaurants should be equally applied. My husband was ask to remove his hat however the same hostess sat another couple down and did not ask the gentlemen to remove his hat; which left us feeling like we were profiled. Drinks were amazing & not water down! The adults only sections wasn’t really adult only. Overall entertainment was good, but they could can spice up the Latin show! 🏖️🇯🇲🔥

I loved how the resort separated adult and kid friendly pools. The staff members were nice and welcoming. There were things to do and/watch every night and we just truly enjoyed ourselves.

Rooms were beautiful and beautifully cleaned every day. The staff is super friendly, fun, and hard working. We enjoyed the different types and variety of foods. Can't wait to go back. The only draw back is that i wish the resort had ATM machines for cash withdrawals. There usually very long lines at local banks ATM's and run out money fast.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. My vacation started with the fact that I got a room with ants in it, they tried to fix it, but the next day the ants came back, they changed the room for me, for which I am appreciate. Unfortunately the weather was not good during my stay, so I decided to use the spa offered by the hotel. Manager Vanessa there is rude and not customer-oriented,it’s seems she is nice only with guests who use the services for an additional fee according to the conditions, you can use steam room for only 15 minutes and plunge for 15 minutes, and you must also bring your towel and bathrobe with you since they do not have them at the spa. I was surprised by this condition, but Okay, I brought everything with me, but I was upset the steam room wasn't working, it just looked like a little steam on the ceiling the plunge was dirty and with sand inside. All the food in the buffet is spicy for 7 days there was the same breakfast, lunch and dinner, no changes.

The room was spotless. The staff was always smiling and courteous and willing to help. The whole facility was fresh and clean and well maintained. The food and drinks were always fresh and delicious. Honestly zero complaints. Would highly recommend!
