I have visit Jamaica several times at different resorts and this one was the worst of them all. First let me say no hot water to shower. I thought it was just my room but the entire hotel had no water. When the water came back on it was lukewarm. We didn't get hot water until time for me to go which was 4 days later. The restaurants did not have a good selection for those that have special dietary needs. The staff walked around with attitude the entire time. The worst group was at the steak house. The best part of this vacation was the entertainment specially The Silver Band they did an awesome job. This was my first time at a RIU resort and not sure if I would give them another try.

The one problem was there was no hot water to shower the entire week. I called numerous times to complain and I was ignored with the standard line were working g on it. I believe the hotel turned down the heat to conserve money and put up signs saying we’re working g on it. For the type of money paid for the stay this was unacceptable.
