"This hotel is under construction, with the pool and work out facilities being out of order completely, which should definitely be mentioned before continuing to reserve any rooms. Parking was expensive for just an overnight at $16/night, and two of the entry doors around the back were locked without key entry. There was one small elevator that you had to jump into or it would leave, even though there were people trying to get on after the others had gotten off. The front desk only had one service member, and when we arrived, there was a line already started. As mentioned before, the pool area was closed for refurbishment, and there were “excuse our dust” signs everywhere. It was not until the cancellation deadline had passed, that we actually received a notice from Expedia that the pool was out of service. Overall, we spent too much on a lackluster room. Would not recommend."

"Excellent rooms. Ice cold refrigerator and microwave were appreciated. Coffee pot needs upgrading Get rid of the one ply toilet paper Bar and drinks were excellent Restaurant not so good. Very limited menu. Also not open for lunch Room cleaning non existent. Only offered room cleaning at 4pm on last day of our 4 night stay"

"Everything was great - except it's the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The I25 is right to the west, and noisy, but not bad compared to the motorcycles (?) trucks (?) and boy racers (?) that comfortable congregate in the parking lots until 3am, revving engines, honking horns. It doesn't help that the windows are old and don't really seal noise at all. And that's all with earplugs. So - if you are going to stay here, only do that if you are guaranteed a room on the east side, or maybe the courtyard. And maybe it's only Saturday nights. But I wouldn't take the chance of staying here again unless I knew."

"This was our first time staying there. It is a very nice hotel and honestly don’t have any complaints about it. The staff was very professional and kind. Breakfast was good and hot with lots to choose from. Not like you ordinary, continental breakfasts. Our room was nice and spacious. We stayed for 4 Nights. Everything we did during our stay was within a 30 minute drive. For the Denver area that’s not bad. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Long chaotic check in process, no explanation of how anything at the property worked (first time great wolf lodge guests). Charged me for pool towels after check out, despite not being told the towels had to be left at the pool. High school kids working the towel stands that gave no instruction and clearly hated their job. Charged multiple fees after check out with no itemized receipts and no reason given for charges. We booked an overnight room and left 2 hours after check in. We didn’t sleep in the room or stay on the property after using the pool. They charged for $23 for 2 hours of parking. This place isn’t worth it"
