Nice hotel and area

Very nice hotel with a great pool and bars. Everything was great except we highly recommend either designated adult swim time or a separate pool for the kids. Both days we were at the pool it was overrun with kids and it wasn't very relaxing.

Everything was great at the Polaris. The location was great for sight seeing and dining. Colorado likes its taxes! “But” The price for what you get is acceptable. Would definitely stay again.

After staying in a motel the previous night, we had zero expectations coming to Hotel Polaris. From the first time we walked into the front doors (which were opened for us by hotel staff) we were blown away with the customer service. When checking in the gentlemen behind the desk was happy to answer any and all questions we had… one of them being that we didn’t have a reservation to any of the three restaurants for dinner and he kindly let us know that it’s no big deal and when we were ready for dinner to come grab him and he would get us right into whatever option we wanted. After seeing our room for the first time it was absolutely immaculate. Probably the most clean, kept hotel I’ve ever stayed in. After getting cleaned up and heading down for dinner we went out back and played an oversized connect four board, followed up with bocee board which was a nice twist. Next time I am in the area I will definitely be staying here again. The customer service alone is enough to bring me back.

There was no breakfast. If you waited till after 7:00am there was room service available, bagels had mold on them, the next day- $50 pancakes (only 3 of them) served with plastic utensils. There is no laundry only dry cleaning. WiFi was off in our rooms, when we specifically called ahead, because we HAD to work, and was told there would be no Wifi issues. Was told it must have been our devices, even though they picked up in lobby and elevators. There is NO office center with WiFi or printing, Construction above us while trying to work, Dogs barking and howling below. Word to those coming in for Academy; check to see if North Gate will even be accessible it was closed 4 out of the 5 days we were here. Charge from booking with Expedia was different than the Hotel Charge by over $100!
