It was within easy walking to historic, charming downtown Manitou Springs though not within that neighborhood, itself. The room and building were outdated but the staff was friendly. Breakfast is bare bones (think hostess cupcakes and bagels in plastic wrap).

We had a great stay at The Villa Motel. The newly renovated rooms were clean and spacious! Staff was friendly and helpful! Great location, close to downtown and walkable to trails! Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

The hotel was neat and clean, had comfortable beds, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Lots of food and shopping options within walking distance. Lots of beautiful flowers and scenery, too. It was a little dated but the staff was great. We would stay here again.

Nice place for a quick Manitou visit. Kind of pricey for the level of accommodation, but tourist season has its impacts. Staff were very friendly and place was clean/well maintained.

We walked downtown, which was nice. The breakfast was the only downside; it was gas station food, but it was included in the price. The granola bars you had to pay extra for were better than the included breakfast. Couldn't beat the price.

I rented two rooms, had to pay a hefty deposit on each one in addition to up-front room fees. Staff pretty unforgiving about this issue. Rooms were clean although somewhat outdated. Had an upper level room, my bed shook and bounced every time someone walked outside my door. Very nice pool area. Probably would not stay again.

Hotel was very clean and the location was within walking distance of the shops and shuttle. Breakfast was bare bones with prepackaged bagels and muffins. They did have some apples and bananas with orange juice or apple juice and coffee. If breakfast isn't a big deal for you than I would recommend staying here.

Loved being so close to downtown Manitou! We could easily walk everywhere. We were also only a few minute drive from Garden of the Gods, Manitou Incline, and so much more!
