Upon checking in the lobby and staff seemed very nice and professional. That was the end of the luxury, walking down the hall towards the rooms the entire build seemed very outdated. There were horrible stains all along the floors the wallpaper is peeling everywhere, there were broken & missing light fixtures. Overall horrible first impression, checking into our room we first check to make sure the beds were safe to sleep in. Upon doing so we found sign of bed bug droppings on both the mattresses, box springs and "new lien" there was no cover on the box spring or mattresses to protect from bed bugs either. Immediately went to the front and request a room change, the staff did handel this professionaly and moved us to the top floor which is arguably the cleanest floor. Still simmilar signs of broken or missing things in the halls and new room. Some stains and peeling wallpaper, new rooms beds were clean but no preventive measure to protect against bed bugs? Missing art or mirros that were clearly meant to be in the room. Exposed nails coming out of the floor for the closet floor trim, weak water presure, no screen on window allowing anyone to jump, entry door had trouble latching you really had to slam it. The new room was quite a bit cleaner, pleanty of hot water, cold AC. Outside of the room there were only 2 entry point to get to the rooms the front lobby entrance or right behind the front lobby there was a fire escape staircase with a key card pad. Otherwise no entry.
