I didn't like that there were Indian tourists being unhygenic at the buffet and that this was not policed. They were also sitting crossed legged and barefoot in reception with their feet on furniture. Again no one was discouraging this disgusting behaviour.

I didn't like my stay , reception staff was rude ,food was poor ,and the breakfast made us feel ill as it's cold ,steaks delivered by restaurant were over cooked for lunch . I'd never stay at that place again even if it was free

Stayed in ocean view superior room. Did think it was on the small side. Beds were comfortable however really should upgrade to queens instead of doubles. Bathroom was small and not a great shower head. Should have just done shower cubicle not shower over bath for more room to change comfortably. Fantastic view. Great location easy walk to Cavill mall and all the convenience of that area. Does come with a level of noise from that location. Breakfast buffet was great. Would stay again for such a great location.

The rooms where very cold. Heating was not effective. When we raised the concern they just provided with blankets. No initiative to fix the issue. Cleaning staff where great, breakfast was good. Family friendly hotel but they can improve the heating.

Check in was very efficient, front desk staff were very professional. When we got to the room, the staff knocked with a happy birthday cupcake. The room was clean and had a great view. Close and convenient to all shops, bars, restaurants and beach. Swimming pool, gym and laundry facilities at a small cost. Pool towels provided.

Very centrally located. So loud at night because of the nightclubs. So loud in the rooms, couldn’t sleep. Bits of the hotel were a bit dated. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Staff generally nice. Parking is at a cost of $25 a night.
