Room cleaning should be improved, 1st day entry was not good as there was lots of dust on all the tables and floors and we have to go to reception to tell them to clean the room. Customer service at reception was slow as no one was picking up the phone at reception. Long waiting outside the lift to go to the room. Overall it was not good experience.

Firstly we have stayed at many novotel around the world and cannot fault the room conditon or the staff. The issue was the hotel itself, its situated directly above a nightclub. Despite being on the 18th floor (out of 30), our room vibrated with the consistent duff duff and accompanying annoying DJ until 3 am each morning. Now having been an avid party goer in my youth this would have been an ideal hotel if it was club 18-30. Issue being with two young children and purpose of trip to visit theme parks, it was completely ruined by the fact we were shattered due to lack of sleep (maybe 5 hours max a night for three nights). On top of this, being on the 18th floor of 30 meant we spent considerable time waiting for the list to exit the building every time, the lifts held 8-10 person yet everytime they got down to us they were full. Sometimes we had to wait 5 or 6 times to get room in a lift, we even considered using the stairs but couldn't access them. If you are in the GC with a family, much better hotels out there.

The room was very noisy, and the lift was frequently out of order. The staff were not helpful, and we were charged extra for basic amenities, including toothbrushes. After checkout, I realised I had left my AirPods in the room and contacted housekeeping within 30 minutes; however, my calls were not answered and I received no response.

Very dirty the room and I booked for 4 person but there is no 4 spoon in the room only 2 spoon how can we eat together!!!!!!and there is no fork for 4 persons and another thing the smell of the room and the cleaner does not come every day I’m not coming again it so terrible next time I will book better one

1. Lifts were not fully operated, only one or two in a time which were mostly occupied by passages from higher floors, other floors have to wait for the next round; 2. Breakfast was not lack of choices. Suggest to have more ASIAN foods; 3. Room facilities - mould in bathroom, bathroom door was losing paint and appeared old.

The room was fine but the tv kept turning on by itself in the early hours of the morning every day and waking me up. Plus the very loud constant construction on the room next door to my room woke me when trying to sleep during the day as I was woken the night before due to the tv turning on by itself. Then all the very very loud music from bars, the fireworks and sling shot ride just outside the hotel kept me awake constantly! Plus the pool was not available to use until 4 pm every day and I was not informed of this until one day before I flew out. I went for work and a break and came back worst then I did when I left. Not a good experience, I really wanted to have a relaxing break and was so exhausted when I came home. So sad I had this experience and paid for 6 nights too.
