Cozy Lakefront Cottage!

Our cozy cottage is a two bedroom, one bath, home. Recently renovated and upgraded with gas range/oven, washer/dryer onsite, on-demand hot water tank, and beautiful walk out deck that spans the width of the home. We're lucky enough to be located on 50ft of level lake-front great for night time fires and day time games!

Kitchen: Galley style with new cabinets and marble countertops. Stainless gas range/oven. Also has a stainless fridge with built in ice-maker and water filter.

Master Bedroom: Queen bed with large 48" window overlooking the lake. Plenty of space to move around!

Guest Bedroom: Queen size bed which as a twin size trundle pullout great for kids or adults alike. Pack and Play available by request.

Living Space: Open living/dining area with lots of natural light from 6ft glass slider to deck, and framed by two 48in windows capturing expansive lake views.

We hope you enjoy our family cottage and enjoy all the area has to offer! Some of our favorites listed below are within 5-20min drive!

Amazing stay

We stayed for 2 nights at Eric’s property. The house is very well equipped,clean and the view is breathtaking. Eric was very nice and very helpful. The area is amazing. The only thing that I would suggest to improve is the air conditioner in the bedroom it is loud. Other than that I’m so happy with our choice. Perfect stay. Thanks you Eric

Nice family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. Can’t beat being right on the water with a small camp fire, fishing pole, marshmallows, and beautiful scenery. House was clean and comfortable. Host was very communicative prior to visit and I didn’t need to communicate when we were there but I know he’d be readily available if needed. Only thing to be aware of, and it’s obvious, is that if you have a young child the small dock can be dangerous so we always had to hold their hand on the small dock or block them from going on it. But overall we really enjoyed this house and hope to return in the future!

Getaway with friends

House was clean, view of lake beautiful. Enjoyed campfires and a walk down to Twisted Rail for dinner and drinks. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect anniversary getaway!

My husband and I stayed at Eric's place for an anniversary trip, and it was the perfect weekend getaway! The place was so homey, and had all the amenities we needed for a cozy weekend. It was amazing to be so close to the water; we brought our canoe and were able to launch right behind the house. The backyard was perfect for watching the sunrise/sunset over the water and for having a fire in the evenings. Eric gave us some awesome recommendations for local restaurants and breweries. We absolutely loved our stay!

Cozy stay full of adventure

Our family rented the cottage for a quick getaway to the Finger Lakes region. The cottage was very clean and had everything needed to make the stay very comfortable. We enjoyed smores every night over the fire in the fire pit. This is a great location to enjoy all of attractions of the area.

Great cottage Getaway

Lovely cottage on the Lake! We enjoyed our amazing lake view and s’mores by the campfire pit. Wonderful kitchen to cook in and a perfect size cottage for me and my husband to get away for a few days to unwind. Our hosts always responded quickly and even offered to help us start the grill! Thank you for a wonderful vacation on Honeoye Lake! We will definitely be back for another visit!

Cozy and peaceful

This was the coziest little cottage. Everything was very clean and the owner was friendly and accommodating. He reached a couple times just to check in and make sure we were good. The lake isn’t huge but it was beautiful and very peaceful in the morning and offers a good fishing spot. We were able to enjoy a couple of the local wineries and breweries. The Twisted Rail Tap House was nice as it was within walking distance and has a waterfront view. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Great weekend getaway😊

I would highly recommend this lake house. Loved the deck, and how close it was to the lake. Enjoyed evening sunsets and cocktails and our morning coffee there. This property was clean and comfortable , and the owner was very accommodating.
