We had a great vacation. The condo was exactly as advertised in the photos. It was clean and had everything we needed! Communication with Midway was excellent. E-mails were answered immediately!!
Located close to beach, restaurants, shopping, and free parking garage which is a bonus! Plenty of room and good value for what you get. Would recommend and stay again.
Stayed with my family. Two nice, clean queen beds and two futon couches if you need them. Four beach towels and two beach chairs. We wished for two more beach chairs and a beach umbrella wouldâve been nice. Plenty of coffee filters. Two ice cube trays. No balcony. Mountain View.
If you are looking for a basic but clean and accommodating place to stay while enjoying Waikiki, then this is the place to be. The condo is 2 minutes short walk to the beach and the beach has calm water with little to no waves- so perfect for my 2 year old. Condo is big enough to sleep family of 6. Itâs clean and the kitchen has everything we need to cook a meal. We would definitely go back!
We loved our stay here this past week. My husband, our two boys (3 and 1), and my mom stayed for 5 nights and it was the perfect size. We had plenty of room for a pack and play, lots of space for the kids, and they were stocked with all of the necessities. It looked just as the pictures described, and was literally less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach/shops. The welcome email had all of the info we could need and the directions were easy to follow. If I could nitpick anything, the beds werenât the most comfortable, but we have a tempurpedic at home so we are spoiled. We would definitely stay again!
This place is absolutely wonderful we had 5 people staying here and had more than enough space for everyone. The view from the 22nd floor is absolutely stunning as well.
We visited Waikiki for the first time. It was a very pleasant stay. The chairs and boogie boards were much appreciated. This property is a short walk to the beach as well as many great restaurants. The staff on site were extremely professional. The building is well maintained. The room, although small, accommodated all of our needs. We had no need for ac during our stay but there is a wall unit if needed. The staff at the property management are extremely kind and very personable.
The property's location was perfect, just a short walking distance from the beach. Additionally, the shuttle buses for most of the activities we had scheduled picked up & dropped off at the Marriott, which was right next door. Even though we couldn't see the ocean from our room, we did have a good view of the mountains and the Ala Wai canal. The room was clean, full of natural sunlight and very pleasant. We had planned on a party of six, but two of them had to cancel, leaving us with just four. That turned out to be for the best, as occupying that space with that many people for a week would have been to too crowded and too close. Four worked out just fine. If we visit Hawaii again, we'll likely sample a different island, but if we return to Honolulu, we'll seriously consider another stay at the Waikiki Banyan.
This unit was perfect for us... we were in Honolulu to attend and celebrate our daughterâs graduation from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and to have a little vacation. The unit was clean and ready for us when we checked in. Having access to parking was also a plus. It was fitted with all the dishes, utensils and cookware to prepare our meals, and all the linen and bedding to accommodate all 6 of us. The location is ideal, too. We walked to the beach and great restaurants, and still had easy access to shopping near by. We were also very grateful to Christian and his staff (property managers) for their quick responses to our emails and phone calls and more than willing to accommodate us! The amazing gift that we received was the views!! Everyday we were able to enjoy wonderful views of the beautiful green mountains, the rains marching out of Manoa Valley, and the beautiful rainbows stretching from valley to valley! Breathtaking!!

This is a very cute little condo unit. Smaller than the pictures show, but it comfortably fit 6 people (2 adults, 4 children) without any problems! We found the unit in excellent condition, very clean, and very well stocked. The air-conditioning unit worked perfectly, and the temperature was very comfortable. There were also some beach toys, and a cooler available for our day use, which was very helpful It's walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and the beach. The free parking was a huge bonus, as well.
This apartment is old, but clean. No one told us that Hotel doesnât store your laguege liability reasons. Because we didnât booked this room true Hotel. We had to check out at 11:00 am our flight was at 10:30 pm. We set on the 6st floor with infant couldnât do anything that day in order to watch our laguege. We will never book our acomodation true this company.
Many reasons not to stay here.
OLD TIRED apartment at least 30 year old kitchen and bathroom.
Curtains that dont block out at all waking you up at 5.30 each morning.
Old fashion air con box style that is noisy and you need going 24/7 to cool the place down.
Whole facility is run down , pool and surrounds old and worn out, l could go on.
Carpet in the foyers thread bare and whole place needs a good paint as it is scruffy and worn.
You pay for what you get and this place is just barely better than backpackers.
Save your dollars say one less night and go somewhere better.
It was the first time that we rented an apartment rather than staying at a hotel in Honolulu. Turned out to be a good decision - our apartment was spotless, spacious and well equipped and did cost much less than a family room in any of the hotels nearby. We loved the view of Honolulu's mountain side, very beautiful at night as well. The staff at Midway Realty were very helpful, answering all questions patiently, even on weekends. Overall a very positive experience.
