Hôtels à Orio Al Serio (BGY)

"I made a reservation in February for April at ZZZleepandGo BGY Airport, Orio al Serio and paid the full amount of €54 in advance. Upon arrival, I had a very unpleasant surprise: out of the two self check-in machines, only one was working. After finally reaching the machine, I was informed that the property was fully booked and that there were no available spots, even though I had a confirmed and prepaid reservation. I was given a U.S. phone number for customer support. I did not call because it would have meant additional international call charges. In the middle of the night, I was left without any solution. As a result, I had to spend the entire night sitting on a chair in the airport until my early morning flight. Afterwards, I tried to contact the property, but their attitude was dismissive. They attempted to blame me for the situation and showed no intention of refunding the money. Eventually, I contacted Hotels.com. After explaining the situation, they quickly understood the issue and processed my refund within minutes. Conclusion: I absolutely do not recommend this place. It is better to pay €20 more for a reliable and proper hotel than to risk being left without accommodation in the middle of the night. I do not recommend ZZZleepandGo BGY Airport, Orio al Serio."

"Tout était bien sauf l'accueil : service minimum, personne à peine aimable qui nous a donné la clé de notre chambre sans un regard et sans aucune explication comme le lieu et les horaires du petit dej. Notre chambre était mieux que sur les photos, plus moderne. Certainement rénovée depuis peu. Très spacieuse"
