Not hot water in my room, ghat was in my drink and around the bar, paid for valet when I could’ve parked it myself. Had to walk to get my car because hotel being renovated why should I pay for valet when I had to walk back and forth down the block to get my car. Our room was ready when we arrived at the hotel a little bit earlier than check-in. Chloe at the front desk was amazing. She helped us the entire time we were there and was fabulous at her job. Jose, the Bellman was very helpful at checkout. And not to forget, Mr. Charles and Logan were excellent at their job of getting us to the convention center and back on time. The entire trip was great with the staff that was at the hotel.
