We arrived early because we were on an overnight to honduras. They wanted a fee for early check-in which is not unusual but would only accept cash. No receipt. Winder where that cash went?

The first room we got smelled like weed. They quickly moved us to a new room. While clean, there were a few things that were odd. The toilet seat (the part you sit on) wasn’t screwed in, so we did that ourselves. Also, after putting items in the fridge, we realized a few hours later that the fridge itself was turned off. Lastly, my wife went to go use the complementary shampoo and lotion, and both were used bottles which was something that we’d never encountered before. Staff were both nice that I spoke to when changing rooms. Seems like there are several options for close food and such around, but not sure we would stay again.

The room was very smoky and the towels were thin and stunk. The desk clerk charged us an extra $25 to get a room downstairs because the other rooms were spoken for but the parking lot was empty and no one showed up.
