"Teddy P & Sarah at the front desk showed what great customer service really is and how you can make a lasting impression on a guest. They took the time to chat with us a tell us about all the amenities this beautiful hotel had to offer. Teddy P especially stood out for her friendliness and tell us great places to go for food. This hotel will be one definitely on our to-do list for the next vacation because of Teddy. P "

"Rooms were basic. Parking was ok. Drinks were great, food was ok. Service mediocre. Pool is in the smaller side. Decent stay, but wouldn’t return "

"It’s a total resort! The pool has an adult section with a lap pool pair. The hot tub is nice and hot. There are waterfalls all around. I didn’t go in The Spa or the gym but they love top shelf. The room is completely clean and mine had a full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and dishwasher. I definitely will be going back."

"1 Star Unfortunately, this Mother’s Day weekend stay at the Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort and Spa will be our last after staying here the past 4 Mother’s Days. From the moment we checked in, the experience started off poorly. The front desk staff was rude, dry, and completely lacked any kind of welcoming attitude. Our rooms weren’t ready yet, so we went across the street for lunch while we waited. During that time, my toddler lost her wristband. When we returned and explained the situation, the staff demanded that I search through my personal belongings because they refused to give a replacement wristband. I explained multiple times that she is a child and it was simply lost. Instead of trying to help or offer a solution, we were told it “wasn’t their problem.” At that point we had to ask for a manager just to get basic assistance. Thankfully the issue was eventually resolved, but the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable, especially for a family resort charging premium prices. Very disappointing experience and not the level of hospitality we’ve received in past years. Sadly, we won’t be returning."
