The heaters didn’t work. They would fix them and then the next day, they didn’t work. They don’t have covers/blankets either, just small twin size covers like a twin mattress pad. The restaurant was the best part and so was the location!

Disappointing Experience Our stay at this 4-star hotel in Karlovy Vary was a complete disappointment. Upon arrival, we found there was no hot water and the heating didn’t work. Despite informing the receptionist at 11:30 AM, nothing was fixed by the time we returned in the evening. Communication was nearly impossible as the receptionist spoke no English—unacceptable for a hotel in a popular tourist destination. She was completely unprofessional, strolling around all day with a vape machine in her hand, moaning, and appearing intoxicated or disoriented. After hours of excuses and delays, the issue was only resolved late at night after repeated complaints. Even after the heating was fixed, the room remained freezing. To make matters worse, the room was filthy—there was blood on one of the sheets and dirt behind furniture. This hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star establishment. I would avoid visiting this hotel at all costs. **For upper management: I am referring to the receptionist who was working on Thursday, the 5th of December. Her behavior was completely unacceptable. Also make sure to check the rooms before allowing guests to enter

El hotel está bastante bien, bien ubicado y fácil de acceder desde la estación de buses y trenes, 30 min caminando. El desayuno está muy bien. Bastante tranquilo y tiene restaurante y varios restaurantes cercanos. Buen internet.

Obwohl Dippelzimmer gebucht worden war, wurde gur meine Frau ein Zuschlag von 10 Euro eehoben. Die ganzen "zwei" verfügbaren Parkplätze waren schon belegt. So musste das Auto ca. 10 Minuten entfernt geparkt werden. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr unfreundlich und ungepflegt.

Haben zwei Zimmer gebucht, eines davon mit Hund und Ausdrücklich einen Parkplatz dazu, ausserdem auf Behinderung mit Schwerbehindertn Ausweis hingewiesen. Bei Ankunft gab es keinen Parkplatz, dieser müsse 4 Wochen vorher gebucht werden, Gepäck hätte man von der einzigen Parkmöglichkeit in zweter Reihe ca. 800 bis 900 Meter tragen müßen und sich dann einen Parkplatz irgendwo weitweg suchen müßen. Hilfe beim Gepäck wurde auch micht angeboten. Die Fame an der Rezeption machte den Eindrick das ihr das Ganze sonst wo vorbei ging Tollller Service, Super Geschäftssinn, Gastfrundschaft von der allerbesten Sorte.

Keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Frühstück ist lächerlich. Lieber woanders frühstücken, es lohn sich nicht. Keine Kaffeemaschine. Mangelhafte Zimmer Ausstattung und Wasserschäden im Badezimmer - Wasser läuft von Decke durch die Deckenleuchten! Zu uns war nur die Putzfrau geschickt. Kein Ersatzzimmer möglich, da das Hotel voll war und keine Reisepreisminderung! Finger weg von diesem Hotel! Das ganze Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und nie mehr renoviert worden.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, aber das gebuchte Zimmer war nicht annähernd so, wie es in der Beschreibung angepriesen war. Viel kleiner, keine Aussicht auf die Stadt, keine guten Matratzen, nicht in jeder Lampe eine Glühbirne. Für eine Nacht war es ok, aber keinesfalls für länger.
