Our stay at the Grandhotel Pupp was enjoyable. The staff was really nice and helpful. The atmosphere is luxurious and the breakfast and dinner were tasty with lots of choices. The only critique we have is that the spa and café seem a bit small for such a big hotel. We also had to queue for breakfast both times, again the facilities might be a bit too small for the number of rooms/guests.

The Grand Pupp is a beautiful hotel in Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic. The rooms are exquisite and service was top notch. The value was great. Would definitely stay again.

It was the side building, not the beautiful main building, you need to cross the bridge to access the main building for facilities and breakfast. The building was a bit old and some noise from the air con. Overall was good.
