Beautiful Lakefront Property with Amazing Sunsets

Lake George private waterfront property with beautiful sunset views.
Sleeps 8 adults. Master bedroom suite (king bed) with propane fireplace and sun room (3 season-not winterized) off of it that has 2 futons (1 single, 1 double) in it, one queen room and one room with 2 sets of single bunk beds (top bunk weight limit of 125 pounds). 2 guitars hanging up in master bedroom for guests to play and enjoy.
Great east shore property with stunning direct west sunset view.
House is very quiet and has a lovely screened-in porch. Perfect for family dinners while watching the sunset. Country kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Chef owned so there's plenty of cooking equipment! Beautiful large fireplace and lots of family games. Lower porch has a dart board supplied with darts. Great time to unplug! New water treatment system including a sand filter and an Ultraviolet filter. Living room has 2 leather couches. Room air conditioners in master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Adirondack nights are cool and a breeze through an open window with screen is usually all that is necessary. Large fans just in case in the rooms without air conditioners. Brand new outside porch with large Weber grill. 30 steps to new boat house equipped with canoe, 2 person kayak and 2 stand up paddle boards. Please bring your own life vests! We have some that can be used but they may not be the correct sizes needed. New outdoor lighting installed along the stairs and porches to the dock and sundeck. Additional lights on the dock for night-time fishing. Owner's boat is in the boathouse but not included with rental. PLEASE DO NOT SIT IN/ON OWNERS BOAT. Space to bring your own boat or rent one. Lake George water is crystal clear and perfect for shallow and deep water swimming as well as fishing.
Six Flags Great Escape and indoor waterpark just 12 miles away as well as the factory outlets of Lake George for the shoppers in your group. 8.5 miles to Lake George Village. Adirondack Extreme Adventure Course half hour away. Buck Mountain trailhead 1 mile up the road.
Strict NO SMOKING policy inside the house as well as in the screened in porch. Designated smoking area on driveway with safety ashtrays. No pets allowed. LINENS/TOWELS NOT PROVIDED.
Attached to house is a completely separate apartment where landlord sometimes stays. The landlord is there to help, not to intrude. Landlord WILL NOT have lake privileges while the home is being rented. May just come, take boat and leave, but not without notice to guest.
New on demand generator. In case of a power outage generator will kick on automatically. New roof and mudroom added in 2020.
Guests will be sent a rental agreement/contract a few months before the rental time begins.

Family reunion vacation

Amazing Waterfront Property!

We loved our stay. From start to finish, the home and lakefront amenities were fantastic. The views from the deck and screened porch were breathtaking. The master bedroom with attached private glassed in porch provided a quiet escape to read a book or take a nap. Eating dinner on the porch with the sound of the water. Having breakfast on the water at the boathouse deck. It was our first time visiting Lake George, and we will be back!

Paradise in upstate New York

We’ve been coming to Lake George for many years. We love this property because of its traditional lakeside cottage feel, but with much nicer amenities than most. The new dock and swim platform are awesome. The house was very clean, and very well maintained. Sisters Deb and Sabina are great hosts, always available and prompt with responses. We will be back again and again.

Everything you could ask for!

The reason I marked “accuracy of property description” with a 4 is it has better features that are not even mentioned! For one thing, the hallway bath has both bathtub AND shower. Also another bedroom was not even listed! It has a single bed and roomy closet. The new covered dock is spectacular! It should be pictured. Our adult children and a granddaughter enjoyed the paddle boards. There were plenty of life vests to fit everyone. The view is gorgeous. Not just at sunset. We always ate on the screened porch.

Lakeside relaxation

The house is well built and neat. The beds and bunks had good quality mattresses and both bathrooms were clean and well constructed. The screened in porch was spacious and had thoughtful sun shades which are great as the afternoon shadows lengthen and the shine off the lake reflects at a low angle. The dock was solid and the roof top space was excellent for cocktails. The walkway up to the house from the dock was lovely with a Mediterranean feel due to the combination of stonework and plantings. The driveway was well marked and the house was easy to find. The street level overflow parking was a nice bonus. Our group had a wonderful time and Sabina’s information was accurate and up to date. Sabina communicated expectations clearly and was a fantastic host.

Lake George vacation

Everything was perfect. The place is love just like all the pictures show. It lists as 3 bedrooms but there’s a small room our grandson stayed in his pack snd play so it was perfect. We were there over 4th of July and enjoyed seeing fireworks from the deck The host was always extremely responsive

Gorgeous lakefront property with incredible views!

We had the best weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing lake house! We were two families for a total of 10 people and we had plenty of space to play, eat and relax. We loved having access to the floating dock, canoe and paddle boards. It made the lake that much more enjoyable! Sabina and Deborah were excellent hosts and were very responsive. Thanks for a fabulous weekend!

Perfect Family Spot!

Our 3 generation family enjoyed a great long weekend! The house was a perfect fit and the location couldn't be beat; close enough to the village for easy access but far enough away to enjoy the peacefulness of the lake. We enjoyed so many little perks the house had to offer including darts, paddle boards, canoe, games, wood-burning fireplace and the amazing screened in porch! 5 stars and would definitely recommend for any family looking for a Lake George vacation home!

Great spot right on the water

My husband and I have been coming to Lake George for years just the two of us. Now it was time to bring the family to show them what it’s all about. This was a perfect affordable lake house right on the water with a great kitchen to cook in and multiple decks to enjoy the lake!

Beautiful lake property

The house and property have obviously been maintained and updated with care, and furnished with the comfort of guests in mind. The new master bath is lovely, and the home is cozy but at the same time has amenities not found at many lake houses. Our family group of 9 was very comfortable. I wish all hosts were like Sabina, who is very responsive, thorough and informative. We won’t hesitate to vacation here again.

Great spot - awesome location and amazing views

We loved the "cabin!" It has so many areas to enjoy with multiple porches looking at the water. The dock house area has it all if you like watersports. We rented a boat from FR Smith and kept it multiple overnights with no problem. Can't say enough about this house and setting. Sabina and Deb are great communicators and hosts. 5 star!

Cozy with great views

Overall, enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very warm/cozy, comfortable and clean. Very nice kitchen and living room. Master bedroom is awesome with separate private room attached to hang out in, play guitar, etc. but there is a slight noise from the floor in one corner (apparently from a septic pump). Can be disturbing at night but alleviated if you put another fan on. There are great views from the boathouse deck and docks and some from the kitchen and patios. Current tends to be very rough in this area so can be a little difficult with boat. Generally very quiet, private and peaceful. Close to great hiking trails and small general store. Great getaway and hosts very nice and receptive.

Location, location, location!

What a beautiful spot overlooking Lake George. Screen porch has amazing lake views; boat dock is convenient and well-laid-out. Highly recommend you bring a boat for the full experience. Sabina and Deb were very responsive to our needs.
