Come enjoy everything that makes Kennebunkport special from the comfort of our welcoming four-bedroom, two-bathroom home. Ideally located between downtown Kennebunkport and Cape Porpoise, the house puts you close to beaches, restaurants, shops, and the best of coastal Maine.

Inside, the first floor centers around an open living, kitchen, and dining space—a comfortable place to gather for meals, morning coffee, or an evening together after a day exploring. A first-floor bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom, and laundry room make the main level especially convenient.

Upstairs, you'll find a small sitting area, a second full bathroom, and three additional bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements include three queen beds and two twin beds, comfortably accommodating families and groups.

After a day at the beach, come home to relax outside, fire up the grill, and enjoy a meal together. Air conditioning on both floors keeps the house comfortable during warm summer days, while a full-size washer and dryer make longer stays easy.

Best ever!

We've stayed in a lot of VRBOs, and I believe this place was the best. The house is cozy, clean, fully stocked, and beautiful! The location can't be beat: close to downtown but very quiet.

We had a fantastic stay at this house- in a great location about 15 minute walk to town with sidewalks the whole way! The house was clean, charming and spacious and Kathy was the perfect host! Can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful Stay with Lovely Hosts

We had such a wonderful time during our stay in Kennebunkport. Kathy and Buzzy were amazing hosts and we so enjoyed meeting them. The house is in a perfect location, walkable to Dock Square but tucked away enough to not feel busy. We can't wait to get back there again!

Beautiful home in convenient Kennebunkport location

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Kathy and Buzz's beautiful, well appointed home in Kennebunkport. It was conveniently located on a quiet street not far from Dock Square and was highly comfortable for our party of 6. We would gladly stay there again on a return visit to Southern Maine. Wonderful house situated walking distance to town (0.8 miles) and an easy bike ride to a sensational beach (4.8 miles). The place couldn’t have been nicer, nor the hosts more welcoming. Me and my whole family had a sensational time.

Exceptional property

The house was very clean and the host very accommodating. She put the outside lights on for us when we were out after dark on our first night there. The house was very organized, had everything we needed. The location was superb. We definitely recommend staying at Kathy’s place!

Amazing Place

Amazing place to stay. What a beautiful home in a great area close to downtown. Kathy was amazing and made you feel wlcomed and would make you feel like it was really your home. Kathy was very helpful in giving us ideas of what to visit and where to eat. If we needed anything she was there to help. The house is stocked with everything you would need. Hidden Gem in Kennebunkport

Excellent experience staying at this property. Bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival, nice touch after flying in from the west coast. Owners were responsive to all our needs. The beds were comfortable, nice linen and plenty of towels. The layout of the house was perfect and had everything we needed for a wonderful, comfortable stay. The location was excellent and easy walk into town. Had a great dinner at Hurricane's. I will definitely book this property again. Thanks Kathy and Buzzy for a wonderful stay at your home! Charming, comfortable,and convenient

This house is just delightful. It's quite spacious, comfortable and well appointed. There were plenty of dishes, towels, extra blankets, etc. And it was impeccably clean. The neighborhood was so quiet! Kathy and Buzzy were gracious hosts without being intrusive. They offered great tips and were extremely responsive and communicative. The big benefit is how close the house is to everything. Bring your bikes because it's an easy ride (and parking can be tricky in town). We felt right at home and can't wait to return.
