"I had a lovely stay at this hotel. I upgraded to the presidential suite, which was amazing. Although it was more expensive than I was expecting to pay. I really enjoyed my time there. It was worth it! The views are amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable. I felt like I was in luxury. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to splurge. The staff was friendly and helpful. I couldn’t ask for more. The breakfast was amazing. A wonderful visit all in all."

"We stayed in 7 different hotels during our visit to El Eje Cafetero. We looked for a relaxed and eco-friendly places. Look no further, this is the Best Place to stay. We only wished that we stay a little longer, but for sure we are coming back. The glass infinity pool looking towards the mountains was the jewel of the trip. "

"Went to visit family and looked for a hotel in the center of the city. I arrived early and hotel staff was able to check me in early which was greatly appreciated . Room was clean and spacious . Hotel had great amenities to include gym, pool and spa which they allow you to use the sauna and Turkish bath complimentary . The breakfast buffet was amazing . Only thing I can encourage to improve is the restaurant waiter response . The food was good but the staff was either overwhelmed or simply slow. Asides from that everything else was perfect . "
