The Antigua Villa
This Villa is Right at the water's edge, Antigua boasts a soothing interior cast in the colors of indigo and sand. This, coupled with furnishings that feature light-colored woods and wicker, Antigua is a comfortably elegant villa punctuated by stylish nautical design. With an entry beside an elegantly sculpted fountain and a sprawling view of the ocean and Laguna's Main Beach, the guests of Antigua enjoy a truly tranquil getaway in this two-bedroom, 1 ¾ bath villa. If you really want to indulge, the jetted master bath tub offers the pinnacle of relaxation.

​​​​​​​This Villa requires the use of stairs to access. If you need a room or rental accessible without stairs, 14 West Hotel room 51-76 in the south building and villa Rustico and D'Stella at the Retrest have no stairs.

Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit.
No Cats Allowed.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500. If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

A $45 Parking Fee plus taxes per night/per vehicle will be collected at time of check in.

Rentspree Application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.

Additional Rules: No parties, No DJs, No guests allowed that are not on the reservation without written permission. Violators would be made to leave with no refund.

Lost & Found Return Policy
We are happy to assist with returning items left behind. A $100 refundable deposit is required before shipment is arranged. After the item is prepared and shipped, a $35 handling fee and the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the deposit, with the remaining balance refunded to the original payment method.
Please note that return requests are subject to item recovery and availability. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage once the package has been shipped.
