a beautiful place to stay with an unsurpassed beach view and access if many many stairs are not a problem. However, a dirty living area carpet and a stained, worn couch were disappointing. Ants roamed the kitchen and bathroom. Paying 5star price we didn't expect such a condition and the host eventually became hostile about our complaints.

Marginal

The only saving grace of this property is the location. It’s right on the beach. Outside of that it’s old, worn, dirty and is difficult to access with lots of stairs and check in across the street. Desperately needs a remodel

We have stayed in this property several times over the years, and truly have loved the condo and its location off Cleo ST. The property manager was excellent with helpful, friendly communication and very quick responsiveness to questions. The view and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. That said, sadly, the property seemed very worn down this time. Torn and badly worn carpets. worn out linens, rusting patio furniture with sharp edges, mattress in main bedroom worn out with trenches on either side of a hump in the middle, noisy swamp coolers in the bedroom and living room, a broken railing on the last tier of steps to the beach...just beaten up and worn out compared to our previous stays. It really needs and deserves renovation throughout the property. We hope it gets the renovation and update it deserves, because it really has been a favorite place to stay in the past.
