This private gated property, three blocks from Crescent Bay Beach (public showers/ bathroom facilities) is a great location to start your Laguna Beach Vacation!

Take a stroll downtown or walk around and see all the North Laguna Art Galleries, Antique Shops and Restaurants. There are barbecue grills at Heisler park as there is no barbecue grill at the property.

Great location about a mile north of the village. Just a few blocks down to beautiful Crescent Bay beach, or a popular hike at the top of the hill. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. Property was very clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach accessories (chairs, toys, umbrellas). Nice living space and quiet patio off the back. Very comfortable stay!

Everything was as advertised and everything went smoothly. Great location, close to the main beach and shopping and restaurants. Easy access to go north or south on PCH and I encourage everyone to take advantage of those beautiful drives.Highly recommend this as a vacation rental for a small family or just a couple wanting to get away for a few days and unwind. Everything you need is available in this property. A quick trip to the grocery store a few blocks down and you will have everything you need.Host was very friendly and very helpful throughout the rental process and we would definitely consider going back for sure. Thanks for letting us use your beautiful property.

Great location, very comfortable!

This was our second stay at Maison Blanc and it didn't disappoint! There is plenty of room for everyone to be together, but also plenty of privacy. The location is awesome, walking distance to great beaches and coves, and very quiet. We had a great time and can't wait to return.

wonderful laguna cottage

really enjoyed our stay here for a week in march! there is plenty of room and really enjoyed the outdoor patio space. highly recommend this place if you want to bring your dogs on vacation with you. my two golden retrievers were so comfortable and happy here. will stay again for sure!

Best spot in Laguna

My wife and I loved this stay. Super close to Shaws Cove which is a quiet little beach with tide pools, snorkeling, etc. Only a couple blocks away. So many great restaurants and hikes close by. Being right on the pacific hwy is special. 10/10 recommend!

Great house for gatherings

We held a family reunion with numerous families; ours was often the gathering place because the open kitchen/living area was so welcoming. The kitchen was well furnished and the bathrooms were lovely.

Wonderful Vacation Cottage

Stayed in this wonderful house over July 4th with great views of the ocean from the front porch, fireworks, and easy walkable access to Crescent Bay and Shaw's Cove. Easy walk into downtown for shopping and restaurants (about a mile), and trolley was an option as well when we didn't want to walk. Great front yard for the dogs, well-equipped kitchen, and could not beat the location!

Beach trip with teens

The separate studio with sleeping accommodations was perfect for an extended stay with 4 teenagers! Easy beach access and access to a free trolley for getting into the shopping area. Great easy-to-follow check in procedure.

Perfect Weekend in Laguna Beach

Great location and place!

We had a fabulous time in Laguna and loved the place! If you are someone that is sensitive to noise (we are not), then this may not be the place for you, as it is located on Pacific Coast Highway and can get a bit of traffic noise; however, we are from SF and this is par for the course. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Vacation Stay

This was the perfect vacation location, close to beaches and walking distance to downtown. The house was very well maintained and worked great as a meeting place for the family. The house had that beach cottage feel and charm, that makes you feel relaxed and welcome as soon as you enter. The back yard patio was quiet and clean. I would recommend a stay here if you want to relax, enjoy your family and definitely enjoy the beach.

Great Rental in Laguna Beach

The place was bigger than I've expected and it was a perfect house for a big family to stay. The whole house was clean and well taken care of. Although it wasn't exactly a walking distance from the downtown (with kids especially), it was very close from the free shuttle that goes to downtown so it was still very convenient. I would stay there again!

Laguna Beach Retreat!

We spent two and a half weeks at the cottage in Laguna Beach. It was immaculately clean when we arrived with easy access and the all important parking!. The kitchen and sitting area is large and well organized with everything that you need for staying in. A very pleasant and cozy, welcoming environment .... and only 5 minutes from the Coastal walk. Highly recommended!!!!

Perfect Laguna Beach Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family—the studio bedrooms allowed for privacy while the main house and patio allowed for great gathering places. I almost wish I had cooked, the kitchen was so beautiful, but Mom was on vacation, too, so we ate at the easily accessed restaurants and enjoyed the beaches. Marija was a delight to work with—we are already looking forward to coming back!
