I was shocked when I pulled the blankets back on the other side of the bed the next morning and felt the bed was wet and smelled of urine…..DISGUSTINGWhen I spoke to the desk she offered no apologies but only said she would have the maids clean the sheets.

Great room, quiet hotel, comfortable and clean, laundry and weight room were great. Staff very friendly. I did have to ask for pots to be able to cook with but were available immediately. Our microwave did not work (is on and appears to work but won't go off- CANNOT turn it off unless you wiggle the door just so. It also would not heat. It popped on and off randomly if you sneeze next to it.) room 308 I would definitely stay at this hotel again- only had this issue- But...I brought the microwave issue up on 4 separate occasions to the front desk, and at least 5 people were involved in saying it would be fixed, never was done in 8 days of stay...

The pet are is fine. It’s located on the side of the hotel. The staff provided dog treats when we checked in. Rooms are nice, nothing crazy fancy. It works for our needs. Full kitchen, king bed, chair and ottoman, desk/dresser. Beds are high so for small dog get up and down the bed the ottoman was needed.

The front desk was very unprofessional to my husband when he arrived, but after I walked in and provided all of the ID they changed. The restroom smelled like pee and the entire room had a very, very unpleasant smell. I think they have allowed animals and they have soiled the room. Definitely do not recommend! Very bad experience…
