Cottage comes with 4 Beach Tags.

This newly Decorated two bedroom cottage family rental is located a block from the ocean. The home sleeps 5. First bedroom is furnished with Queen size bed and 2nd Bedroom has a trundle (Two Singles), each has a closet. 5th Guest can sleep on the Futton sofa. Guests can now enjoy the newly painted kitchen, renovated and painted dining room, living room and bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with new flooring, ceiling fans. The kitchen has newer fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, Keurig and Mr. Coffee maker, toaster. New flatware, cutlery, dinning set and large windows to enjoy sea breezes throughout the day. New mattresses with the full decoration. Equipped with washer and Dryer.

The open floor plan of the Kitchen Room / Living Room with Awesome sofa with matching arm chair has a large flat screen TV and AC, Mitsubishi Air Conditioning dining room and Wi-Fi connection. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave and dishwasher. The entire house has been freshly painted and super clean. There is also a patio with table and chairs on the front side of the house, and a grill. The outside shower is on the side of the rear house. This property consists of two homes, this one is in the rear. Parking is available on the street. The house is just a short walk to the beach and is located within walking distance to local area shops and restaurants. The home is a nonsmoking no pet rental.

We are only one block from the Beach and Boardwalk and one block to the bay and â€ȘLavallette‬ Gazebo! Welcome Home to this just freshly decorated and attractive, ceiling fans, cottage home with outdoor shower, that is only one block from â€ȘLavallette‬ beach. Enjoy relaxing and entertaining with family and friends This home has been enjoyed by our families and guests with raving reviews. There is limited Spring availability! Lavallette is an upscale vacation community in â€ȘOcean County‬ featuring large sandy beaches and a one-mile boardwalk. A quiet town but close to all of the Summer attractions. Our home is just a few blocks south of the legendary â€ȘCrabs Claw‬, Duncan Donuts, â€ȘMike's Subs‬, and the fabulous Lenny's. The home is just north of Meg's CafĂ©, Sand Dollar restaurant, Ben Franklin, Churches, and The Music Man!

Location was great. 1/2 grill did not work, useless. WiFi buffered constantly; impossible to watch movies, TV shows, games or check email. No A/C in bedrooms. Overall was minimally acceptable.

There were items missing that were on the listing. The floors weren’t really cleaned. Bathroom and kitchen cabinets were full with no room for guests.

Great location, but attention to details lacking.

We enjoyed the house and the excellent location; with greater attention to details it could be excellent. One of two ceiling fans and the gas grill did not work. In addition beach passes were not provided and management need to be reminded to provide linens as agreed. Management was responsive, however.

Great location for a little family

This cottage is the perfect location in the heart of lavallette, walking distance to everything you need. The property was a great size for myself, husband and 3yo son. Small but had just what we needed, including outdoor space and shower. Only downfall was that there was a great deal of sugar ants in the cottage. Which has us continuously putting food away even while trying to prepare a meal, we were very nervous about leaving anything on the counter tops as ants would quickly start to gather. The owner was very nice and stated that he secured an exterminator when I mentioned the issue to him. So hopefully this won’t be an issue for anyone else moving forward! Overall great stay.

Landlord needs property manager

House was not as clean as I would like. We had to clean the refrigerator before we could put away our food. We were unable to use the television and access WiFi. The Keurig coffee machine did not work. None of the ceiling fans worked therefore there was no light in one of the bedrooms. We had to move a table lamp to the room. The grill did not work well. The neighbor repaired it enough so that we could use it. I feel that the landlord just has to have someone check on these things. We were able to adjust to those things. Ultimately we had a great time. The location was fabulous, the house clearly had been recently painted, the neighbors that were renting the front house were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect cottage!!

This is a cute little cottage, perfect for my family of 4. The location is awesome and the Beach was beautiful. Owner attentive and easy to get a hold of! We will definitely be returning!!!

Absolutely would stay again!

1.5 blocks to ocean or the bayside beach. Excellent park with basketball, volleyball, tennis, playground, and fishing piers. We only found it the last night there. Greatly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great week on the shore and this cottage was perfect for all of our needs.

When we arrived the cottage was spotless and the AC was running, Easy access from the road and the owner Bill was local that day to greet us. The cottage was perfect for the 2 of us and we also had my son and his wife join us for a few days. The beach, both ocean and bay are a short walk, quick shopping for any need is right around the corner. We were impressed and would return next season, Thanks Bill!!

Wonderful cottage - great owners - perfect location

What a wonderful stay in Lavallette! I was looking for a place at the last minute in July and I was fortunate to get the only week it was available. There were so many little touches that I haven’t found in other rentals - I felt at home as soon as I walked in. The property had everything you could want for a week at the beach - just over a block from the beach entrance on Brown Ave. and I never had a problem parking right on the block. Bill was so helpful and quick to respond to all of my questions - even getting the towels I left in the dryer back to me :) Thank you!!!
