The tiny house we stayed in was Oakley (Unit 8) and it was perfect for our stay. Being January in Leadville, I was surprised how warm this tiny house stayed during our three-night stay. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed in the one on the first floor. There is another bed in the loft above. Keep in mind that be design, the first floor bed is high above the floor and there is a well placed step stool to assist getting in the bed. The shower is wonderful and easy to access. There are lots of dishes and a full sized coffee make for your convenience. We purchased our own coffee and filters. We recommend staying at this location! It's an easy walk to restaurants and bars and some historic sites.

Check-in was easy. The tiny house was cozy and comfortable. It was my wife’s and my first time in Colorado, and like with any new experience, we were a bit nervous. However, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. We were initially concerned about the heating system in the tiny home, but it turned out to be more efficient than we expected. The town itself was beautiful, and the locals were welcoming to travelers. As first-time visitors to Colorado, I would highly recommend this as a great starting point for exploring all that the state has to offer.

Area was loud at night because tiny house was right across the bar and bed was really uncomfortable so we didnt get much sleep at all. Other than that, it was a cool house and very nice view of the mountains.

The place was super clean. It had everything you would need to eat there. The shower was actually not tiny. It was easy to find and check in and check out were simple. The loft was tiny and I hit my knees on the ceiling every time I turned over, but there was a comfortable couch that also could be slept on.

This property is definitely not what it shows online. The Area is not well kept at all. The tiny home has a broken window above the bed that is taped up. The curtain is too short for the bedroom window and is frayed on the bottom. The comforter looked worn The cushion to sit on in the living space was not very clean and it is worn. We did not stay at this property. We basically walked in and walked back out and left.
