"Our stay was perfect. Chose the perfect room that we wanted and the view did not disappoint. Room was spacious and clean. Parking was excessive as we didn’t know we could get heaps cheaper and very close by. "

"While this wasn’t what I was expecting when I booked a bed & breakfast (think Gilmore Girls), it was an excellent experience. You are basically renting space in a host’s home. I would say you’re renting a bedroom but that’s not really correct. We basically had use of almost the entire downstairs space of this home…a bedroom, a bathroom, and a very large sitting area with a couch and rocker. There’s also the backyard including a dock area with chairs and tables overlooking a rather large creek. The host, Daphne, was so very nice and accommodating. She asked us what time we wanted breakfast and what we liked to eat for breakfast and served us a menu that catered to our food preferences. My husband is a somewhat picky eater and both mornings, she made separate meals for each of us to accommodate our likes and dislikes. As for the area, it’s about 12 minutes away from the Falls and was a very easy drive. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Sitting outside on the dock at night, we could hear the music of a live band from a nearby marina and we heard the Niagara Galls fireworks at 10:00 pm. But inside the house was very quiet and any outside noises were dulled or non-existent. I would recommend staying here especially if you want to avoid the big hotel/casino scene of downtown Niagara. "
