-In the event of household items being damaged or broken we require you to contact us to arrange for its replacement or repair.

- We are also not responsible or liable for any damages, loss or injuries occurred during your stay in our home
- Our home is located in a quiet building therefore no parties, no illegal activities . Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate eviction.

a) Do this if have you only used the Hot Tub one time : Add 1 container labeled S (found in the hot tub toolbox).
b) Do this if have you used the Hot Tub more than two times : Add 1 container labeled C (found in the hot tub toolbox).
c)Please do not remove or squeeze the oil-absorbing sponges 🧽 floating in the water.
They help keep the hot tub clean just leave them as they are.
d) Turn on the jets for at least 20 minutes.
e) Close and latch the cover securely 🔐 to preserve water quality and safety.
