Room was good. Little put off by the breakfast - loads of dogs in the restaurant which was not hygenic. Waiting staff forgot to bring a few items we had ordered. Overall room good, but breakfast not worth the additional cost.

it was overall an outstanding stay. a watchout is that parking in front of the hotel is impossible. you need to drive a little further to park in public parking.

Compliments to housekeeping for keeping the small room clean. The art’otel at Battersea is priced as and tries to be a premium hotel but falls short. It’s best asset is location. Otherwise it is common. Our upgraded room (higher floor) had no view beyond the apartment building across the outdoor mall - you cannot see the Power Station from any rooms (I think; ours for sure), only from the rooftop or Joia (restaurant). Tozi, the main floor restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and is good. Service was hit or miss for us. I have this 3-3.5 star hotel a rating of 3.5.
