Beautiful & Clean 1 bed Apartment in Hackney Wick
Modern 1 bed apartment located on the heart of everything that is vibrant & popping in East London.
Whether you fancy strolling down the canals & uncovering some of London's best kept secret scenic views at Fish Island or having a drink at Hackney Wicks.
If you prefer green space, check out Victoria Park & enjoy Londons skyline whist chatting over a picnic the Olympic Park & the West Ham stadium are equally only 5 mins walk away
Came down to London for an event at the Copperbox arena, this was a good base. Short 15-20 min walk to arena or to train station for train into central London.Excellent communication from owner, really helpful and quick responses, thank you very much.
When we arrived, there was running a glow fire smart wall in the living room (nowhere to see in the discription) and the TV played music for meditation - a really nice welcome! We got all information needed for check in, WLAN in the fewo-app by our landlord, a very kind person. There is a bus station right in front of the appartement which we didnt use. We took the Underground Station Bow Road instead which is about 15 minutes away. For that, we could see Hackney Wick city life in the morning and the evening. We will surely visit London again and would like very much if we could stay in this appartement again.
The apartment was very nice and very affordable for the night definitely recommend. I was only there for one night to see a music concert so didnât use any of the amenities but they all looked in perfect condition as itâs a very well looked after place.
Fine location, quiet, clean, near transit. It was just my son and I and the unit served our purpose. We liked the neighborhood, near some convenience stores. Made our trip memorable.
Wish we could have stayed longer. When we arrived I got a little turned around en route and took the bus from the Stratford Sfation the wrong direction. Eventually we got there. Easy walk and train or tube ride to pretty much wherever. The only time we drove was to get to a tour we had. Other than that we took a bus or train everywhere. Quiet neighborhood with not a whole lot to do. The unit is hot. Even on a 70° day the unit itself gets way too hot. All this is to say if youâre good with walking (Tesco 20 minutes) and taking the tube (Tower or Buckingham 35 minutes) youâll enjoy staying here
The property was clean and very comfortable. The only negative is the 15 minute walk to Hackney Wick station which was a bit much on a hot day. Apart from that I think this is a great little apartment with a kitchen and living room so lots of room to relax in. Wifi was also very good no issues with it.
Booked this for 2 nights and it was ideal for the two of us. Very helpful owner who did everything they could to make our stay perfect. The instructions on the day were very clear.
Ideal property for short stays in London, 30minute walk along canal to Westfield/Stratford.
Studio appears to be converted from offices with a small business yard. 1st class renovation though.
Very secure, and was homely. Communication from host was spot on. Will probably use again next time I need a place in London
Pros: Very clean, nice sized apartment, owner super friendly and quick responses to communications. Cons: Loud area with traffic and a very busy business just outside the window. No place close by to eat requiring a long walk to find anything.
My adult son and I stayed in this cozy flat for 3 nights and enjoyed it. There were 2 separate sleeping areas (1 bedroom and and fold out couch in the living room) and we had plenty of room. We were able to cook some of our meals, which is what we wished to do, and could walk to grocery stores and get to the subway stations in relatively short walk times (within 20 min). We would stay here again!
The apartment was exactly as in the description, very good location for us, bus stop in front of the apartment, subway nearby, it goes to the city very quickly, we were very satisfied and will be back, the communication was excellent and always very friendly .
Everything very clean and accurately described. Communication had quick responses. Bus stop just outside. We had Ubers from the Tube stations with being slightly older and having cases but the distance would easily be manageable for for lots of people - about 0.7 miles. Would have liked a bedside cabinet and lamp on both sides of the bed. The one odd bit was the sink in the bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen and not very practical at all.
Amazing property and view, close to two lines, near Stratford mall like a good walking distance. Property owners are cool accommodating and responsive. Definitely will book again and reccomend to friends
Due to some maintenance requirements at this flat Khaya offered us an alternate flat at Chanelsea House. This was away from our preferred location as we wanted to be close to All Points East but nice views from the balcony and more space kind of offset this.
Collecting and returning keys was done directly with Khaya reps who all communicated very well and were there when agreed.
The apartment had been freshly painted and was clean and well presented. It was a very warm and humid London day when we arrived and the towel rail on full heat was not welcome (took a lot of searching and a text to Khaya to get it turned off).
The only other niggle was a missing curtail rail at the widow beside the pillow end of the bed. Would have appreciated a bit more morning darkness in the room after our nights out at shows and gigs :-)
