The staff was very helpful, especially Varth. Our room was lovely and the hotel itself was well situated close to the tube and bus line. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful and the food in the restaurant was very well priced and delicious! The neighbourhood was safe ad close walking to restaurants and shops in the area. Don't hesitate to book this hotel.

Loved this property. Close to Hyde Park, full breakfast and restaurant was very good, friendly staff, cozy rooms, and great price point for location. Would stay here again.

You can't beat this location. Its across the street feom Hyde Park, 10 min from Elizabeth Line and Paddington, a 2 min walk to the underground and busses. Breakfast was expensive at £19, many other options around the corner. The room was okay, the beds were almost unbearable, but we survived.

Overall, a really good experience. Good location. Nice hotel. Staff were very friendly and professional. Good breakfast. Restaurant staff very helpful. Room compact but modern and clean. Unfortunately, I could not get hot water in the shower until the last morning despite reporting it twice. Seemed to be a problem.with the system, as friend had same problem.

Brilliant location. Check in process was fine but the staff was super grumpy. I asked for a bottle of water and was told to buy a drink at the bar. Rooms are small but it’s fine for one person and one night. Entire staff that I saw wasn’t native English speakers and did their best with recommendations but didn’t feel they were familiar with Bayswater. Shower doesn’t have a door but the drain in the middle of the bathroom sort of worked. You enter the bathroom and the sink is literally in the shower. It’s fine for one location but have reasonable expectations as it’s a budget motel

We paid extra $80 per night to upgrade our 3 night stay, $900 total. Our bathroom had painted plywood on the outside of the bathtub, the tub did not drain, the toilet did not flush properly.. The carpets were badly stained with paint on it. Stains on walls, air con was randomly make a loud noise without been turned on. The waster bin had paint on it. The king bed was 2 twin mattresses: 1 was fine the other was terrible. We could barely see out the window. We asked for another room and after looking at 4 other rooms, ours was still better. Breakfast, was the same every morning, back bacon, pork sausage, powdered eggs, beans & mushrooms, deep fried hash-browns, mini pastry’s, fruit salad that looked fresh tasted sour, Location was awesome.

You can stand a dated property for this location. It’s not fancy, but the beds were comfortable. The desk staff were lovely and super helpful. The bathrooms were awkward and very dated, but at least the bathtub allowed for a decent shower where you could move around d without hitting a wall. I would stay again.

The location was perfect for us. I loved seeing the household cavalry exercise in Hyde Park opposite each morning. The hotel is tired throughout. It needs a thorough renovation to bring it up to date. But price reflects this. The staff were fabulous. Really helpful and friendly. I feel awful only giving three starts but did not want to misrepresent. Great price for the location, but tired.
