Underwhelmed

On my search, i opted for hotels with parking available. However, the hotel does not have its own parking. There is an adjacent car park that can be used at a discount. This was quite misleading as it cost me £61 for parking reduced to £48 with the hotel discount. Thats basically from Friday night to Sunday morning. Although the room was quite clean. I kept finding nail clippings on the floor. For dinner we had 2 chicken burgers meals and a kids sausage and mash which came to 88 quid. I found the experience underwhelming

The hotel was well sited for us and the indoor car park next door was very bright, safe and clean. The rooms were clean, quiet and child-friendly. We even invited our family to dine with us there. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Surprisingly good stay. I was going to Fulham match and a friend recommended. Staff was very friendly, especially the gentleman who served me breakfast. The breakfast itself was better than expected. No complaints about the hotel

Lovely welcoming staff and great food.

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, the hotel itself was clean and fresh and the breakfast was really good, much tastier and better quality than a typical hotel buffet breakfast. One night I needed some milk for my child because I had forgotten to sort it on the way back, the bar staff were so accommodating and went out of their way to sort it out for me.

The family room was very small , Also beds were hard and i had the worst nights sleep, waking with a back and neck ache. The room was very over priced. Breakfast was average and cost extra. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Overall was a good stay, only thing were the pillows not being comfy and the shower pressure was pretty poor, not what you want when you need a good old scrub a dub! Parking is also very expensive!
