Located on the first floor, this spacious three-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The smoke-free property features an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms and a private balcony.

The bright living room includes a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and direct access to the balcony. The dining table seats six, while the modern kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals at home.

The principal bedroom has a king-size bed and a spacious en-suite shower room. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed, while the third has a double bed. Two additional bathrooms offer a walk-in shower and a bathtub with an overhead shower.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, fresh linen and towels, and eco-friendly toiletries are provided for a comfortable stay.

Lovely stay

This property is everything we were looking for. With one couple and two single people, we were able to enjoy our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The living room and kitchen are spacious and comfy. We didn't cook but all of the amenities were available for our use. The apartment is so conveniently located and walkable to several great restaurants and bars as well as tube stations. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood which is terrific! Highly recommend this property for those wanting to stay in the Kensington area.

Great place in the heart of the city

Beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 full bath flat. Functional kitchen. It was a bonus to have the washer/dryer. There was a confusion with the key pickup location, a diff address was listed in our communication but was resolved luckily. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We travelled from Australia and from check in to check out, this property exceeded our expectations. Located minutes walk from Earl’s Court station and from there we were able to easily navigate all of London. The apartment is light, bright and spacious. It has a washer and dryer, three bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. There are local supermarkets close by and a multitude of options for dining out. The staff at City Relay were outstanding at all times. One of our party left their mobile phone behind, Fraser from City Relay had the phone collected and posted to Scotland - arriving within 24 hours of us arriving in Glasgow. Our family group of six loved this apartment and we highly recommend. Thank you to all of the staff at City Relay - outstanding service.

Great Location, Nice Space

Our family had to make a quick change in plans as an earlier VRBO had to cancel last minute. The location of this VRBO was excellent and the space we all had was great. However, we did have some issues with the lack of cleaning that seemed to happen before we came. We did send pictures so that they knew as they had hired it out. Additionally, the upstairs bathroom sink was clogged and not working which made ants come in as well. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and hopefully with a new cleaning service that will not happen again. There are a good amount of stairs in the apartment if you have little children with you--additionally, if you use the dryer, make sure to empty the drawer where water is stored (as an American I did not know about this!).

Good area , poor check in process and overall dirty place.

We stayed at this flat in London for a week and, unfortunately, the experience left quite a bit to be desired. The check-in process was confusing—they provided an address by email to collect the keys, but it turned out to be incorrect. We paid extra for early check-in, only to find the keys were not ready until 3:00 PM. From there, we had to walk ten minutes to the correct pickup spot, then another ten to the actual flat.Upon arrival, the unit was clearly not ready. There was drywall dust and debris on the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom floors from recent repairs. We had to vacuum ourselves just to make the space livable. The next day, workers arrived to install ceiling lights, which had been left hanging. The beds are noticeably old, and the living room couch is badly stained and not something you would want to sit on.With some effort—primarily a thorough cleaning and some basic maintenance—this flat could be excellent. It has potential, but as it stands today, I would not recommend it.
