Hot water was in short supply and the internet spotty. Having the pub downstairs was good for discounted meal and a pint. The staff was helpful. The room and bed were good. No elevator.

Walking distance from London City Airport and walking distance from City Excel. All what you want if you want to avoid London and have to go to Excel for some reason is to fly to LCY and stay here. The team working there was very nice and helpful.

Very clean and spacious room, The staff were very helpful and friendly. Only a 10 minute walk to the DLR line, Which takes you straight into the centre of London. I would highly recommend the hotel for any stay in London. The food served in the bar was also delicious and very reasonable priced compared to most London.

Ideal location for the MCM Comic Con and for other events at the Excel. Decent sized room, amc although fairly basic offers everything you really need. The room was clean and good value. The only problem I had was the kettle not working properly.

Good location that’s walking distance to London City airport and Excel. Great spot if you’re going to Excel for a Conference or Exhibition. The bar downstairs does pretty good food and the discount if you’re staying at the hotel helps. It can be a bit loud on some evenings, but that typically stops around 11pm. The staff are very helpful!

Hotel is in need of desperate upgrade, but I guess it is a well used venue. My room was functional but small and luckily stayed at the beginning of summer, could not see that any heating worked. Bathroom was ok but again needed upgrade on amenities, final day shower ran cold so no hot water!

Location is great and parking facilities. Bathroom could be cleaner, lots of limescale build up in shower. But otherwise clean room if not a bit tired. Top floor showers had intermittent water pressure and sometimes cold, but it is a grade II listed building so somewhat understandable! Food in the pub downstairs pretty good too and discount for those staying was appreciated!
