Our secure and well-kept building offers 17 private self-catering studios, perfect for guests seeking comfort, privacy, and independence. Designed with longer stays in mind, they're an excellent option for students, digital nomads, and solo travellers looking for a quiet yet well-connected place to stay.

Each studio is bright, fully equipped, and entirely self-contained. You'll find a comfortable bed, a modern en-suite bathroom, and a private kitchenette complete with a fridge, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essential cookware needed for everyday living. High-speed Wi-Fi is included, making it ideal for working remotely, studying, or streaming. A shared washer/dryer is also available on the ground floor.

Benefit from the convenience of self-check-in using smart locks, giving you the freedom to arrive whenever it suits you. Although daily housekeeping and breakfast are not provided, mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional charge, allowing you to tailor your stay to your needs.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

There are CCTV cameras in the communal areas and externally.

Noise can be heard from the street outside.

We kindly ask all guests to respect our strict no-smoking policy throughout the property. If evidence of smoking is found during or after your stay (such as smoke odours, ashes, or cigarette butts), a smoking fee of up to £300 may be charged to cover additional cleaning and restoration costs.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone in the building, parties, excessive noise, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. If these rules are breached, we may need to take appropriate action, which could include ending the reservation early. Any costs incurred as a result may be charged in accordance with the booking terms.
