The hotel location is great. Walkable to Borough Market and Tower Bridge. The room that we got even as HH member was not the best with views of construction site. We needed room to be cleaned one day and housekeeping did not show up. Once we contacted the hotel staff noone knew why. The doorman and some staff were friendly.

This is a very classy and comfortable hotel on the South side of Thames, right by Tate Modern. It is a great location to explore a less touristy, but nonetheless wonderful, part of town. Our room was very spacious and had all the luxurious amenities.

Great location and service

Very modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Convenient location to a number of attractions such as the Tate Modern, Borough Market, and Millennium Bridge. A short walk across the Thames to St Paul's, etc. Easy access to train stations and bus stops. Service was very helpful and friendly.
