For the 6 nights stay, we only asked for housekeeping for 2 times. We had two twin beds. One of the beds was not fixed at the first time.

Comfortable London stay good value

Great room, beds, air con, shower, breakfast, luggage storage. Staff were extremely kind helpful and friendly. Strict on check in and check out times but stores luggage. Only downside was 7/8 minutes to tube station which was a pain with bags. West Kensington also has only steps no lift or escalator. Buses closeby.

Did not like the property. It was far from anything. The room was too small, NO closet space, we have to leave everything in the suite case and it was very inconvenience. Very boring breakfast. I would not stay in this place again.

Good value for money

A great hotel for the money, with reasonably priced parking as well. Rooms are a decent size. Bed is comfy enough. Everything is clean, but a little bit worn. You're not in the centre of London, but the tube station is a 10 minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area as well. Heathrow is just 20-30 minutes away, if you want to stay in London either before or after flying. The EV chargers in the on-site parking haven't worked since 2022 - which is a bit annoying. But there are chargers directly outside the hotel if required.

We had an amazing stay. Rooms were clean and stagf was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing with so many options. We can't wait to stay here next time.
