Beds are very comfy. Property is convenient to walk in Kensington park. This is not disabled friendly. There are a dozen steep stairs up to the elevator with NO handrails. Nice big tv in unit. Shower has good water pressure. Not sure we would stay again based on accessibility, but everything else was good.

A very spacious, clean and beautiful furnished apartment with a beautiful view to the Kensington Palace Garden. Staff very helpful and friendly, the service was exceptional. Great experience and I would recommend and would stay again.

What a wonderful stay! Our room was fabulous. We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was very spacious and very nice. They were a few cracks in the sink/floor in the bathroom but aside from that, perfect! The staff was super kind and helpful with our bags. We enjoyed the lounge, delicious drinks at the bar, and all f the taxidermy! Great location. We could walk to the park, shops, restaurants, and Whole Foods for groceries. I would highly recommend the hotel. It was a great stay. They only thing I would note is they do have an elevator but you have to go up a lot of steps to get there. We were traveling with a 74 year old and she had trouble going up the stairs, especially because there was no hand rails. If stairs are not an issue for you, I recommend. The staff did help carry all of our luggage up to our room and during check out. Thank you!

Dream stay.

We stayed in a suite overlooking Kensington Gardens. Pokice horses would walk by. The location is ideal, walking distance to Hyde Park, Serpentine, a concert at Royal Albert Hall. The decor is beautiful, modern and everything we required was to hand. I sunk into the bed. It was an extremely quiet unit, no night noise at all. We had a lift opening directly into the unit. All staff were extremely helpful and attentive. A dream stay.

We had a wonderful time staying at Hux Hotel, starting for the nice surprise of our room being upgraded. A member of staff was also ready to help with our luggage. The room was comfortable and clean, loved the decoration, the views and the amenities. There is a discretionary service charge of 5%, in my opinion totally worth it.

Awesome location and unique decor

We loved the vibe at Hux and the staff were very helpful and friendly. You can't beat the location-across the road from Kensington Gardens and an easy walk to Holland Park. Kensington High Street tube station is also nearby. We stayed in the penthouse and had both privacy and enjoyable living/dining space. Everything felt quite luxurious.
