Unprofessional service

They made silly mistakes. They gave me a key to another customer's room. I used the key to open and found the customer naked. This was so embarrassing for the customer and me. The staff at the reception do not just know what to do.

Need to provide good service

Well, We reached hotel by 11pm yesterday, and asked for a few drinks, the male staff was quite rude with the service as he was frustrated with things and showed no respect to the customers, that’s not how you deal with the customers by showing unnecessary face gestures, so investigation need to be carried out and work on good customer service in the upcoming days, beside that everything’s fine.

Simple and clean rooms, close to the airport. Staff was very friendly, wanted to do an earlier check in but it wasn't available so we sat in their dining area. An hour later staff walked by to give us our cards to our room. Very appreciative how quick they set everything up. Chose this hotel because it was close to the airport.

Personable and helpful staff; compact but efficiently designed rooms with a few surprising bonus features (e.g. room lights can be controlled from the bed, convenient roll down shades, window can be opened for fresh air, large towels); only negative is sketchy area Hounslow; exceeded expectations for a budget hotel - Bottom line: Would stay again!
