The room was extremely aged, and the hotel is right under the path of planes landing at Heathrow. There's apparently no soundproofing so every 5-10 minutes you hear an extremely loud roar of a plane flying over.

Okay with cheap prices

Okayish rooms, dated but kept clean. Air conditioning was a fail, they supposedley had a centralised system but became too hot during the night. Opening windows led to be awoken at early hours by traffic and plane noise. Would avoid if not for the comparatively lesser price.

Convenient location bit not worth what we paid

Was clean but definitely not worth the money we paid. The lady working the breakfast area on 4th and 5th was not friendly at all. Had no coffee on 4th and just really disappointing overall.

I can't say enough good things about this property. The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was the perfect place to rest my head at the end of a crazy Women's Rugby World Cup. Walkable to Twickenham Stadium, safe, clean, great breakfast, amazing coffee. Amazing value.

Great staff, comfortable hotel

The room is as expected from a budget hotel. Functional and perfect for a business trip where a bed and a shower are the only real requirements. The noise of the planes as expected but very disruptive - not the hotel’s fault by any means. The staff were fantastic. No complaints apart from low flying planes!

This was a good budget hotel.. small room, but no surprise there, the pictures are clear. The room was clean, even though a little warm. Turning on the AC didn't help me, as when it did activate it was blowing heat. I'm from Canada and want to be as cold as possible. I was on the first floor so I couldn't leave the window open during sleep. The toilet room was pretty narrow, my legs could easily touch both walls lol. The planes fly low near this hotel, and that noise took some getting used to, but it does quiet down during the night time thankfully. But it's located in a well connected area, directly across from a well serviced bus route and about a 10 minute walk to the Hounslow Central Underground Station. It's also very close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Right on the building with a Tesco Express, and my favorite bit was being close to The Moon Under Water - JD Wetherspoon, like an 8 minute walk. Please save your money on the hotel breakfast and go get delicious and cheaper fresh hot and yummy breakfast from this restaurant! I'm talking 5-6 pounds for a full English breakfast, plus loads of other options. The area didn't feel unsafe but I did notice a heavy presence of Indians and people of Middle Eastern descent. Didn't regret my choice and would stay again.
