There were no instructions for how to get lights to turn on. Called desk and was told the card key needed to be inserted to slot by the door. This was extremely inconvenient since there was two of us and one key. It was impossible for one person to leave room with a key without losing the lights. Never seen this before

clean comfortable stay

Perfect for a one night stop prior to early morning flight. Very clean, quiet and comfy beds and pillows. Ate at the green king pub just across the road which was ok ( gets very busy!) but petrol station nearby has shop in too. Only disadvantage was the hotel hoppa bus to get to terminal, that goes from the Radisson Red down the rd and website listing times incorrect - not the hotels fault of course but would have been good if they could have pointed out changes.

This property is close to Heathrow terminal 2 and 3 which makes it very convenient for early flights. Quite adequate in terms of a bed and shower. Not expensive. Average property amenities. Public transport nearby. Food is average. Nothing special.

I needed somewhere near the airport for an early flight, and this was great for catching some rest! Was also happy with the simple and reasonably priced dinner at the lobby. I had hoped to walk to the airport but there was no pedestrian access the whole way. Buses were frequent even at 4am/5am so I didn’t have issues after all.

Decent hotel

Room for the night before an early hours flight. Didn’t need to be anything special, but the room was clean, comfy, warm, and the staff made the check in and out very smooth and easy. No complaints. Although I didn’t use the bar area, it looked nice and if I were there for a longer time, the placement of it all was set out perfectly. Looked like a nice comfortable area.
