The room was comfortable, a little small but had all the amenities. Breakfast was great and busy stop just outside of hotel so didn't have to drive.

Carpet in the room was not clean. The soap dispenser was broken and would only provide the tiniest amount of soap. The tea in the room didn't taste good. The hotel hoppa service doesn't stop here and you have to walk over to Radisson Red to pick it up. Staff were not the friendliest and didn't help when I brought up issues. I was disappointed with the experience. I won't be staying there again.

Handy to LHR

Basic room but comfortable with tea & coffee facilities. Breakfast offerings quite acceptable. Big plus is its proximity to the airport. No transfers provided but short walk to bus stop with frequent services to the Heathrow bus station.

Rock hard pillows

Check in was quick, and the room was a good size. However, the bed was so uncomfortable- the pillows were like rocks. And unfortunately i was kept awake due to hearing "bedroom" noises. I felt tired upon checking out. But it was convenient getting to the airport.
