Towels in my room had poop stains on them. The refillable cream was empty. Dust everywhere. The pool had specific times for children, where the other times were adult only, however when I went during adult only, there were children there. The pool also had strict rules (no phones allowed) however men were sat poolside with their phones. Poor unfriendly staff both at reception and at breakfast. The clientele were the young riff raff type (maybe because I stayed during the carnival weekend) where young boys walked around at breakfast with their hands in their pants. Not worth the price point at all. Wont be staying here again.

Hôtel was in convenient location and walkable to Tower Bridge, restaurants, and mini marts. Easy access to the underground transport and buses constantly running. Was clean and comfortable. Stayed 6 nights and would definitely recommend.

The property was defiantly beautiful, spacious and comfortable. However I did have some hiccups during my stay. The pillows in the room were extremely stiff and uncomfortable, usually the hotel pillows are my favorite but I could not sleep well with them. The room otherwise was exactly as picture and clean. The showers however are very small and made me feel claustrophobic. I think this hotel just may have had a rough week which happens but they can improve on communicating that with their guest. for one, when I checked in they told me the card system was down and had a chauffeur escort me to my room to let me in, later that night when I returned I was exhausted and looking forward to going to my room only to get there to realize the key fob was still not working so I had to go back downstairs for someone to issue me a new one. I did also have a hard time getting in touch with the reception via phone they were never answering the phone, the one night I wanted room service they said the kitchen was closed but it states 24/7 service. These were little issues and overall they attended to my complaints pretty well.

Lovely hotel but staff need more training

The hotel itself was very nice. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with a great view. However, what let it down was the staff particularly in reception and concierge. We tried on several ocassions to call room service on Saturday afternoon but no-one ever amswered the phone. We couldn't even get through to reception or concierge! We eventually gave up and went downstairs. I spoke to a gentleman on concierge about the problems we were having getting through to anyone and that particular member of staff had a terrible attitude, just shrugged his shoulders and looked at me like i was an annoyance! Certainly not the reaction i expected from this type of hotel. I also found the reception staff to be generally lacking in friendliness and didn't seem to care much about anything. I couldn't fault the staff in the bar area and restaurant though. They were extremely helpful and friendly.

Unable to access the minibar without authorisation yet upon checkout i had outstanding charges for the minibar that wasn’t even open?? there was a bloody plaster right on the edge of the pool and the waterfall in the pool is very rusty. The hotel and staff are lovely but those 2 things did take away from the experience a bit.

Concierge was very helpful. Room was comfortable with nice amenities. Unfortunately, Our room AC did not work properly and we complained twice, but it was not resolved. They brought us a fan but it was uncomfortable to sleep.
