The air conditioning was limited to 19c and consequently the room was too warm to sleep. I have not experienced this problem before at the Royal Leonardo which is why I have returned so many times. Going forward I will stay elsewhere.

Fabulous location & lovely hotel. Main areas spotless & room extremely comfortable. Dining area spacious with excellent breakfast facilities. Great location. Very friendly staff and the beds were extremely comfortable. The shower in our room was annoying though with shower head facing the door so the bathroom floor was often soaking wet. Which is dangerous.
