No Room Service available, you have to go downstairs to grab basic things like water, ice, dinner plates. If you take dinner plates and cutlery to your room they give you disposable ones. One of the bar tender offered free cocktail to a female friend trying to hit on her.

Great city centre hotel

Lovely stay very helpful check-in friendly and went over our expectations Room in very good order fab shower and bathroom a nice view encapsulating lots of Londons landmarks The executive lounge was a nice little touch The restaurant was spacious the staff were great and the food was delicious Breakfast was a buffet style with a vast selection of food All in all a great birthday stay

We stayed for one night, we booked an executive room and we’re pleased with the room, the room booking gave us access to the executive lounge which was good in terms of access to drinks which was nice for returning to after a day of walking around London. The exec lounge also had crisps available but was limited otherwise in terms of snacks but did provide a small granola & fruit yoghurt for breakfast so that was lovely. We however followed the advice of another reviewer and went to the Wetherspoons that was just on the opposite corner. The reception staff were helpful in printing out a ticket for us that we hadn’t realised would need printing! Cucumber Water also available in reception. Didn’t have time to explore the spa! Room was very nice! Overall a good stay!
