Hi everything was amazing especially for a hotel in central London. The whole hotel is spotless and Christmas decorations look fantastic. All staff have made our stay very welcoming and comfortable. Beautiful hotel, very clean, rooms are a good size, we had a queen size bed plus small sofa and table. The bathroom was lovely, bath and shower facilities. Very clean, lots of comfortable seating in the main foyer area. Breakfast is a great choice, with lots of variety, food was lovely. If you want to use the spa facilities robes are provided. Excellent location for Tower Bridge, Tower of London, walking distance to the Shard
