The stay was fine. I've had a much better experience at the sister hotel and expected a similar standard. The pool was so busy with kids (I accept it's half term) but they were literally going wild. And the pool area was filthy dirty. Something should be done about the flies by the cold shower. Breakfast is far better at the Tower Hill hotel. I thought both are 4* so should be similar but really were not.

Everything was very good. Room and bathroom very spacious. The Spa area was very pleasant, great pool. The breakfast was an extra £32 for 2 of us, it was good enough especially as you can get freshly made omelettes. Would stay again.
