Spa and gym experience was very good, there were clothes tags left in the room which made it look lkke it hadn't been fully cleaned. Had previously made a special request for the occasion of the stay numerous times but did not even receive a response for it which was a shame.

Great hotel and staff

Great staff, wondrful spa and pool. Cleanliness could be improved, seemed that they don’t vacuum the room during the stay, so they miss if there’s litter on the carpet. Otherwise the location was nice, great staff and kind and will do their upmost efforts to serve.
