Lovely refurbishment and interior, rooms very good quality, comfy beds and nice showers. Hotel is fairly faultless, but the staff are suffering from opening niggles and are uncoordinated at times. Tried charging additional £126 on a pre-paid booking and waiters forgot orders during breakfast. Beware the booking does not warn about a deposit of £50 per night required on arrival.

This cute and quaint hotel was wonderful and went above and beyond during our stay after spending 32hrs stuck at Lisbon, Portugal during Global Power Outage. This hotel surpassed my expectations and will definitely staying here the next time I come.

This hotel is beyond beautiful and the staff was so beyond kind and generous. The garden out back is so beautiful and I would move in in a heartbeat if I could. The designers of this hotel did such a beautiful job at the design and should be really proud of themselves. I will Continue to come back here in the future!
