Promised king sized bed was a double: 4' 6" wide

The description of the property included a king sized bed. I wrote to ask if it was indeed a king sized bed and was assured it was. It was not. It measured 4' 6" wide. My partner ended up sleeping on the couch - not our hoped for romantic vacation. The bathroom had a constant smell. The shower curtain had an orange stain along the bottom. There was a stain on the couch. The remote to control the curtains in the living room ran out. We were given new batteries but not a screw driver to install them. Luckily the curtains were down. The thermostat was not working. We asked the handyman who came to drop off the batteries to show us how to get the heat on. He couldn't get it going either. We were lucky that the weather warmed up. It was mid October and could have been a problem.
