We loved the room, the staff was out of this world, and the location was fantastic. There was a bus stop right out front, they had a rooftop bar and another fun bar downstairs, they had a restaurant but also a convenient little coffee shop. We walked to an Irish bar one night, a BBQ restaurant that was out of this world and another night found a bar with American football games. It was PERFECT!

girl on check in very helpful as computer didn't recognise the reservation again.... what is the point of replacing a friendly face and welcome with a computer.... looks like a self checkout at a supermarket not a reception of a hotel

Check in now all only on computer and surprise surprise they didn't work. Check in took around 30 minutes. I requested on booking a room on the 6th floor but was given a room on the 2th floor. Room service charges 13.5% service charge and £5 tray charge and the hotel charges an Accommodation service charge.... For what?

Clean, spacious rooms and exceptional service! We had a wonderful stay at One Hundred Shoreditch. The front desk team consistently went above and beyond, always welcoming us with warm, friendly smiles. Giselle, in particular, was outstanding—her recommendations were spot-on and made our visit even better. Perfect location too! We will be back!

One of the worst stays I’ve had in years. Check-in took 20 minutes. Self service checkin didn’t work, whilst we watched the staff all chatting amongst themselves. Eventually someone am e over to help with a laptop still took another 15 minutes. The pre approved upgrade wasn’t available. One key card to the room failed to work. Room was very tired and not great. Hairs in the bath and shower curtain needed replacing. When roses this with staff their laid back attitude and lack lustre approach said it all. Use to be a great place to stay, unfortunately not any longer.

Unmanned check-in had more staff showing guests how to check than would be required to just check in the guests manually! Very noisy room during the night. Woken up a few times each night by trucks, bins and loud voices outside. Lobby and bar area were packed with what looked like students on laptops. More like a college campus than hotel lobby. Most (if not all) we're not guests as they left the hotel when they finished their essays. Rooms and bedding were comfortable. Room was a little cold and adjusting the wall stat made no difference.

Beautiful property in a great part of the city, super close to everything. VERY comfy beds! Also, probably the best bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel - spacious and well equipped with a great tub. 100% would stay again!
