Extremely convenient location! Easy walk to Bayswater circle and district lines and also to Queensway red line and buses. Nice bed configuration for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We had a double bed for parents and 2 singles for our kids ages 8 and 10, which they enjoyed. Interior seemed like it needs updating but to the room and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was small but updated and shower was great! Beds came with 2 pillows each and plenty of tea and coffee. No fridge or microwave. Overall a very pleasant stay for 2-3 nights. We would stay again!

Pleasant Hotel

Nice hotel, has the basics and was very cheap for what you get considering London prices. Bedroom was quite small but had everything needed. We did however, only find one plug which wasn’t ideal. Overall great.

The reception staff were lovely . Very progressional and helpful . My room was small but lovely . Good bathroom . Wonderful you could access my room by lift . Didn’t breakfast . Will be staying again . Lovely area with restaurants nearby . Bed was a bit creaky.

We had a very comfortable stay. We knew in advance that the room would be cosy as is often the case in this part of London. (I grew up not so far away). The lovely view of the gardens was a bonus. The large lobby was a nice surprise. Breakfast was advertised at one price in the lift and another online so we went elsewhere in the end but would definitely return. Good value!

Hotel is okay. Room view was not nice at all, stuck in a corner over looking A/C unit. Carpet in room was not cleaned though, had someone elses hair. There were hot water issues the night staying but I negotiated a later check out to allow time to use the shower once it was up and running. With some improvements, like window up grades modern curtains so its not so dated. Hotel stay could be great. Bathroom is modern & decent.
