The room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and staff eere friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, very handy to Hanmersmith Station. The was some dampness in the carpet outside the door to the bathroom, but staff promised to take care of this once I mentioed it to them. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, as we had to check out early.

Schlechte Organisation! Unser Flug wurde annulliert und somit sind wir einen Tag später angereist. Dies hatte ich dem Hotel mitgeteilt, damit unser Zimmer nicht storniert wird. Als wir dort ankomane, wusste jedoch niemand bescheid und unser Zimmer schon weitergegeben. Sie haben jedoch schnell reagiert und uns in die gleiche Hotelkette 5 min entfernt umgebucht. Als wir jedoch dort ankamen, wusste dort auch niemand Bescheid. Sie mussten nochmals in das andere Hotel anrufen und dies bestätigen lassen. Nach einigen hin und her, bekamen wir dann endlich unser Zimmer. Diese war aber sehr sauber und komfortabel. Wobei nur gereinigt wird, wenn man dies verlangt. Ein weiteres Problem war die Buchung des Frühstücks, welche bei der Umbuchung vom anderen Hotel verloren gegangen war. Jeden Morgen war nur eine Person aufgelistet und jeden Tag mussten wir das ganze nochmals erklären. Kommunikation und Organisation ist wohl ein Fremdwort....
