KITCHEN
Located on the left hand side as you enter the flat, the kitchen features all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay such as fridge, freezer, gas hob, oven and dishwasher. The washing machine is also located in the kitchen. The dining table is placed in the middle of the room, sitting 4 people and can extend to sit 6-8 people.

LIVING ROOM
Adjoining the kitchen is the spacious living room featuring 2 large sofas and a coffee table next to the feature fireplace, facing the TV. The room is nicely decorated with pieces of furniture and artwork. There is a desk by the window looking over the street and two bookshelves right next to it. One of the sofas can extend to become a double sofa bed.

BEDROOM SUITE
Comfortable and spacious, the bedroom offers a king sized bed with bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom features a single wash basin, a bath and a separate walk-in shower.

Excellent flat and management

I had a great three-week stay at this flat with my family. The flat management company, Veeve, was easy to communicate with and made the process quite smooth. The location is excellent. There is a lot to do with kids in the area, good options for places to eat, and quiet at night.

Truly a perfect in every way!

The location was perfectly situated to have a wonderful time in the beautiful city of London. It was easy to get to by foot, grab quick snacks, and catch the tube. It had what we needed to relax and was nice and clean. We loved our morning walk in Hyde park. Thank you! Perfect!

Great location and lovely place

We stayed for a week in this lovely apartment on Queen’s Garden. The property management group was very helpful and easy to deal with. Very close to shops, restaurants and Paddington Station without feeling like you were in the city. Close to Hyde Park which was great for walks. The apartment is very big and so comfortable. It is a bit on the tired side, and could have been a bit cleaner.

Great location

On the positive side the property is located in a quiet residential area only a 5 or 10 minute walk from Paddington Station or Hyde Park. Communication with the property management was always promptly answered, and we were personally met at the property for check-in and orientation. The property was generally clean, beds and linens were comfortable and towels were awesome. On a negative side the unit is quite dated — furniture is worn and not really comfortable. WC needs updating though shower area is fresh and clean.

Great location, mediocre place

The location is perfect - short walk to Hyde Park and Paddington Station from which you can get everywhere in London. The photos are accurate - a very blue apartment! There are a few things the property managers should work on to make it more comfortable: - the apartment was freezing when we arrived and took a full two days to heat up to normal temps - there was an extension ladder in the apartment's main hallway when we arrived; when we asked the maintenance guy to remove it he said he couldn't because he was on a bike (!) so we were tripping over it for 5 days - the shower was non-functioning - the controls were deep in the shower, at the back, and when we turned them on, we were sprayed in the face with cold water that flooded the bathroom. The same maintenance guy couldn't fix that and said the whole rig should be replaced. So, we had no shower for the entirety of our stay. - the clothes washer/dryer was great at washing clothes but did not dry them. We spent our last morning in London drying clothes in a launderette instead of touring - a huge disappointment. - the water closet was carpeted, smelled of mildew and well, no comment. To the management team's credit, they refunded us 15% of our costs - an arbitrary number. Bottomline, great location but suggest you find another property nearby that's better maintained. We won't be going back to this one.

It was a great stay at London. Just 8min walk from my office, lots of subway stations around. and it's so convenient to travel by Heathrow Express to the airport. The place is as beautiful as the gallery, the host is an agency but their survice is quite good. Only one little thing, shower room is not big enough and the bath is open area which is quite cold during winter time. Overall, I think it's the best choice for my business travel.”

I will firmly and sincerely recommend this house to a family who wants to live in a spacious, cozy, convenient and high-standard property. This house has spacious living room, bedroom and kitchen with stylish furniture and fully-equipped. The most attractive part is the location. With 5mins walking distance, you are able to get to 3 main tube stations and many bus stops, Near Hyde park. Perfect location and quiet neighborhood. The house is exactly what described on the website, and the receptionist is warm-hearted and helpful. An ideal living place for a family in central London.

Bayswater Bliss!

Bayswater Bliss! Very charming flat in great area perfect for exploring London. Easy walk from Paddington even with luggage. Quiet street 50 meters from French deli with great coffee, bread and pastries and 700 meter from Waitrose supermarket. Perfect for up to 4 adults.

Superb location with minor flaws

The apartment itself was very nice and clean, however, Veeve has poor customer service. The heating wasnt working and despite calling Veeve multiple times nobody came to fix the issue. Check in was smooth.

Sparkling clean and very stylish place!

Nice house in a very quiet neighborhood, near Notting Hill and Portobello market. 10/15mn from Holland Park. We’ve stayed during the summer 2018 that was very hot and the house was quite hot too. The house is huge and superbly decorated with a nice garden but some equipment was not present or had some default (only hot water in some bathrooms, no piano, no racquets for the table tennis, dirty wooden hut in the garden...).

Excellent space. Great neighborhood and friendly neighbors. My family of four, including two teenage daughters, felt right at home. very close to shopping. While my daughters were still sleeping in the morning, my husband and I would walk along Kings Road with coffee and croissants
