Gorgeous and exciting Location!

It’s in a beautiful location, everything feels luxurious and exciting! The staff of the Front were very helpful and helped us get a taxi to the O2. I like the grounds outside overlooking the water had to take some selfies :-)

Really lovely place to stay, staff were so helpful from helping with travel as well as giving ideas for activities. Room was beautiful, the bed was really spacious and the bathroom was fantastic. Great place to stay for concerts at the O2, I will definitely be back!

Reception staff were not friendly or helpful with information for first time visitors. I had to ask where the lifts were to the room and dinner which should have been provided. They failed to mention before booking that customers that need to park have to pay £30 per night. Most hotels have free parking for customers. They also failed to mention the timings for breakfast, etc where I had to ask.

Great views and amazing check in staff. Unfortunately bar staff/ restaurant in morning not so great service, had to wait 10 mins at the bar to order drinks in a pretty much empty bar. And long queue in morning for breakfast awaiting staff to seat guests in a not very busy restaurant. Cleanliness could be improved in bathroom, stains and other areas appears not adequately cleaned. Also not used to twin rooms being two single beds rather than queens or doubles.

Absolutely loved staying at this beautiful hotel! The location was brilliant and a short walk to the nearest tube station. They also had a spa which was free of charge to use! Everything we needed was taken care off in good time. Customer service was spot on and they even left a birthday treat for my partner. 10/10 service for Raddison Blu Canary Wharf! Would defo reccomend

Avoid Room 405. Service Is Also Terrible

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience at Radisson Blu booked via your platform. My friend and I initially reserved one room on the 6th floor. Due to an event we were attending, we later decided to book a second room for the night. We were informed by hotel staff that another room was available on the same floor, and I made the booking whiles at the front desk with two staff members present. However, when I attempted to check in, I was told my booking was not reflected in their system. We waited over two hours with no resolution and were told repeatedly that the system was down. As a result, I was forced to get ready for the event in my friend’s room (Room 605). Even after returning to the reception at around 7 PM before heading out to the event, I was told the system had not updated. Upon returning after the event, I was shocked to learn that the room I had been promised (Room 611) had never been booked for me. Instead, I was given Room 405. Room 405 was in an appalling condition. It was dirty and dusty, the bath shower did not work, and the carpet was filthy. I have taken pictures and videos to document the state of the room. This was in stark contrast to Room 605, which was perfectly acceptable. This experience was not only frustrating but completely unacceptable. The poor service, system errors, and unsanitary conditions seriously affected our night and morning, turning what should have been an enjoyable stay into a nightmare
